Arrow Rewatch 1x04

Another episode where my heart just ACHES for Oliver. Diggle calling him a murderer, Laurel telling him he only cares for himself and has no soul, Lance unable to see him in anyway good. So glad he had some tender moments with Thea and John did come around in the end. 

I do appreciate that they were trying to develop the Laurel’s character but she continues to be dumb and mean to Oliver - so no.

Felicity Freaking Smoak love that she’s running around in flats! Also love that Walter knows her worth. I also greatly appreciate the Walter is not played by his wife and sees the Queen’s Gambit for himself. Yep, Moria Queen is awful - I really don’t care that she was forced....I would NEVER name my child after her.

Finally, going back to the beginning of the episode we see Oliver CARRY John Diggle - THAT could never happen now!

Arrow Rewatch 2018 1x04 An Innocent Man

- I love that Diggle takes a swing at Oliver when he realises that he's the hood guy. Oliver just moves out of the way like it's no problem.

- 'I care about the lives of other people. Maybe you should try it sometime.' I'm going to bite my tongue.

- Queen siblings watching TV together and bonding.

- Rob Scott, the new body man worked for Monument Point MCU. Poor guy.

- Oliver tells Diggle about his dad shooting himself. He's never told anyone that before.

- 'If it's not going to be the courts, and it's not going to be the cops, then it's going to be me.' Love that line.

- 'I gotta go to the washroom, Rob.' 'Oh, that boy is long gone, man' poor Rob.

- Walter is not buying Moira's excuse. What did she do with that 2.6 million?

- FELICITY!!!!!!

- 'I've got one question...why am I being fired?' I love how she stomps off the elevator with determination. Bae is pissed.

- 'and I am, without a doubt, the single most valuable member of your technical division, including my 'so-called' supervisor. Letting me go would be a major error for this company.' From day one she has known her own worth and wasn't willing to take people's bs. Queen.

- 'I'm your girl. I mean, I'm not your girl. I wasn't making a pass at you.' Awkward Felicity is one of my faves.

- I love team Smoak-Steele.

- Diggle misses feeling like he's making a difference in the world. OTA are just such pure, good people. They all started this to make a difference. Not for revenge. I love them all.

- I'm kind of getting whiplash with Laurel. One minute, she hates Oliver, then she likes him again. One minute she likes the Arrow, then she hates him. The writing for her was so inconsistent. One of the main reasons why I never cared for her much.

- Moira had the yacht salvaged.

- Hello Malcolm Merlyn.

- 'You need someone to remind you who you are.' John Diggle , ladies and gentlemen. And the rest is history.

- Oliver is arrested...how is he going to get out of this one? OMG!
