*Transformation Tuesday* So normally I share a incredible weight loss transformation but today I thought I share a personal one. Instagram is all too often caught up in celebrating the highlights we don't often choose to share reality enough. Don't be alarmed. I am fine...this isn't for pity it's to show that life isn't always a grid of strategically posed content. Life involves set backs...reality...downtime...recovery. I was born with asthma and for the last 2 months I have been suffering with hayfever exacerbated asthma flare ups which then developed into a viral chest infection and whooping cough. This is the reality of living with Asthma. Getting on with life while having a cough that won't cease and an infection that cannot be treated with antibiotics is no joke...it's tough. But that is my life...I refuse to let it these setbacks derail me. Wow - over 4 years has flown by...15th November 2015

Looking back, so much has happened. I’m 27, live in a house with my boyfriend and help people who are in debt. I still live in the same small town I was born in...not exactly how I planned things but hey ho. I’m not complaining.

Looking at my previous blogs my main focus was my panic attacks and I was speaking freely about mental illness. Well I’m happy report that through sheer determination and not letting anything stop me, this is well controlled.

I do still get times when I do feel anxious but it doesn’t stop me from doing anything. I’m glad I went to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - it changed my perspective on things. 

So I’m ‘training’ for the London Marathon. I’m back at the gym getting my fitness levels back up. It’s a mammoth task but I’m focused. Sometimes it hard getting the motivation - especially when it’s dark at night. I got a place in the ballot although I am going to run for a charity - Asthma UK. I just wanted to prove that being an asthmatic doesn’t need to stop you from doing anything. I take two inhalers twice a day and if I don’t, my chest gets extremely tight and I go very wheezy. Training is going to be harder in the winter months.
