LISTEN, all im saying is yknow how Wei Wuxian lay under the night sky constantly telling himself to just consider it a debt repayment and failing to convince himself about the core transfer at all. Living onwards, maybe even outright ignoring it after until Wen Qing showed up straight at his door, a reminder of the core and cultivation he's lost, but that's not whats important.
