"Welcome to the 15th Hunger Games! And may the odds be ever in your favor!" the brightly colored man cheerfully announced. He stood out amongst the dull crowd of terrified teens and their families. Their presence an new edition to the reapings and games. Everyone was fair game for the Capitol now — no amount of popularity or money could save anyone now. "Alright, for our Ladies..." they continued in the same manner despite the silence from the crowd. You watched diligently, breathe held in deep anticipation as they grabbed a slip of paper. "Y/N L/N!"
Your ears ringing and breath caught in your throat as everyone's eyes turned to you. As though you were trudging through quicksand, you dragged your feet behind you, slowly splitting away from the crowd. You didn't register going onto the stage, your partner being pullled nor as you were ushered into the district hall.
"3 minutes," a peacekeeper harshly spoke as he opened the door for your parents. Your mother sweeping you up into her arms, your father embracing the both of you. Finally, your tears broke through your waterline as you relaxed into their embrace.
"You're strong," your father said, tears in his eyes and voice breaking slightly. "You stand a chance." The words meant to comfort you despite the truth all of you knew. This was your end. You would leave today, only to return in the same wooden caskets as those before. You nodded wordlessly as you watched your parents — you'd never seen them in this state before. Your father, who always appeared strong & calm, with tears silently streaming down his face. And your mother holding back her sobs with a hand over her mouth.
"Never forget that we love you dear," your mother told you.
"I love the both of you too," you responded, taking them in a hug once again. The minutes passed sooner than you liked, your parents ripped out of the room from you. You were forced in the opposite direction, onto the train with your district partner, Colt, and escort not far ahead. The escort uselessly rambling on about the luxury of the capitol — not that either you or Colt were paying attention. You watched in silence as the train pulled off. Taking in the last of your home's scenery before it was replaced by the Capitol's city sights. As the last of the cow fields disappeared from your sight, you could your stomach churn in protest. You stumbled to a bathroom, ignoring your escort's sounds of possible concern, barely making it to the toilet before the contents of your earlier breakfast left your mouth. The acid burning your throat as it came up.

"Welcome to your new home!"
"Yeah, some home all right," Colt remarked under his breath as the two of you followed.
"It's better than the stables," a male voice spoke from the around the corner. The 8th games Victor, Hanbin from District 6, revealed himself as he joined the three of you in the living room.
"Ah~ There he is, your mentor," your escort excitedly introduced with a clap of their hands. Hanbin grimly smiled at you and Colt as you approached closer.
"So mentor, how do we win?" Colt asked as he sat down on the couch.
"Be smart."
'What resounding advice' you thought as you trailed behind your partner. That wasn't anything new that you couldn't have figured out from watching the games before. Winning the games rarely came down to luck; victors won due to some sort of strength — whether physically or mentally. "That's helpful," you muttered sarcastically.
"It is. Being smart means surviving. And that's why I'm here: to make you smart," Hanbin coldly spat out, emphasizing the last of his words. "Learn from me or don't. It's your life on the line," he continued, crossing his arms on his chest.
"And what advice do you have for us?"
"I can't speak from my own experience on how to charm the capitol but it's best to create a favorable image for yourself," he explains. "But what I do know is: don't paint a target on your back for the other tributes. Downplay any skills you might have," Hanbin advises as he makes pointed eye contact with the two of you.
"What if you have none?" Colt asks. He's younger than you, most likely not yet or recently having joined the work force in 10. And if you can recall correctly: his family works raising some of the livestock than handling any potential weapons. You bite at your cheek as you look away from Colt — feeling pity for the younger, his chances much lower than your already low ones. Based on previous games, he'll be dead within the first 5 minutes of it starting — likely to be killed in the beginning massacre.
"Don't worry, you can learn something in training. And you?" Hanbin's eyes lazily look towards your direction, one of his perfectly groomed eyebrows raised in question.
"I worked in the slaughterhouse with my folks."
"So you must be handy with a knife then."
"I guess," you say with a half-hearted shrug. You didn't particularly think of yourself as skilled in that area. Nor did you think it would helpful in fighting against the other tributes. "But that's only at a close range," you tack on, voice low as you sneak a glance to your left at the younger beside you.
"That's better than nothing," Hanbin responds calmly. He sips at his glass, frowning at the both of you. "I don't know what arena you'll face but my best advice, for the both of you, don't engage yourself in any fights. Running away means survival."

You inhale deeply, the cold wind whisking through the air, as you step outside. Your body aching and sore -- muslces tense in their pain. Rolling your shoulders, you look up at the darkly plain sky. The Capitol's lights having erased the stars you'd typically find comfort in back home. Stepping further out, you jump as you notice the figure of someone else in your peripheral. "OH MY GOD, do you get off on jump-scaring people?" you exclaim to the silent man. He chuckled in response, a smile finding it's way onto his face.
"Sorry," Hanbin spoke, not sounding very apologetic as he continued to laugh. "Force of habit, I guess," Hanbin lightly joked as he turned to properly look at you. Eyeing him, you moved to the other side of the balcony.
"Some habit of yours."
"You'll gain your own after this," he tells you, still facing your direction.
"Sure, I will," you say sarcastically, wistfully looking away to the lifeless night sky. A beat of awkward silence passes between the two of you.
"I miss them too," Hanbin speaks after clearing his throat. "They're probably the one good thing we have in the districts," he continues as though he can't stand the quiet for the moment.
"Yeah," you sigh in agreence. With a smile coming to your face you continue "My Grandpa once taught me how to find their shapes when I was a child."
"Really?" he asks, his eyebrows raised, in shocked amusement. You nod strongly as you uselessly strech your hand out to the sky. "Do you still remember any of them?"
"Not really," you say, your shoulders falling as you turn your attention to him. "He taught me their names but I don't really remember them anymore."
"Did you have a favorite?"
"I do," you answer with a bright grin at his question. "It's depicted to look like a small bear. I don't think there was a story behind it..." you ponder out-loud to Hanbin.
"Does that matter?" he asks, leaning in closer to you. Shaking your head with a laugh, you smile at him.
"No, it doesn't."
"Would you teach me one day? When there's actually stars to see," Hanbin says with his eyes twinkling back at you.
"Sure, one day then."

"And now welcome to the stage, from District 10: Y/N L/N!" the announcer — Lucky Flickerman — spoke loudly and enuthistically into the mic. You felt numb, the lights blinding you and the audience's cheers deafening you as you were guided onto the stage. You felt uncomfortable in your clothes — the fabric showing off more skin than you'd like. You wanted to run and cover yourself from the world, not stand and smile in front of their peering eyes.
"Hello, Mr. Flickerman. Nice to meet you," you greeted the older man with a practiced fake smile. Hanbin suggested being friendly was the best option to trying to win over sponsers. To play innocent farm kids rather than ruthless machines or charming heart-throbs.
"Oh so polite," Lucky Flickerman spoke, more to the crowd than you, with a smile.
"It's just how we're raised back home," you responded, laughing despite yourself.
"And such a pretty laugh," he commented with a laugh of his own. "Do you have someone waiting for you in District 10? A lucky man by any chance?" He continued, now looking at you. You resisted the need to squirm under his gaze.
"No, sir. Just my parents are waiting for my return."
"Well, I'm sure the boys will be fighting for a chance with you once you do. I would be," he jokes to his and the audience's amusement. Uneasily you laughed along with them despite your discomfort growing more. You wanted off the stage and out of these clothes — the dreaded capitol apartment seeming appealing to you now. It's offer of semi-privacy from the thousand of eyes on you comforting.
—.☘︎ ݁˖—
"Amazing! They loved you up there," your escort cheered as you walked down the stairs. Wrapping your arms around yourself, you nodded soullessly to his comment. "You did much better than expected. You're bound to have sponsers at your feet," he rambled on, oblivious to your discomfort.
"Here," a husky voice whispered low into your ear as a black leather jacket was placed onto your shoulders. Turning your head, you made eye contact with Hanbin.
"Thank you," you mouthed to him, eyes overflowing with appretiation as you looked up at him. Hanbin didn't respond, looking away as he instead surveyed the room. Silently, you looped your arms into the jacket — grateful for the cover it provided from lingering eyes.
"Come on," Hanbin spoke, jaw set tightly in displeasure. He gently placed his hand onto your lower back, guiding you futher away from the open area.
—.☘︎ ݁˖—
You sat in the dark of the room, curled into yourself on the couch. Startling as a door creeked open and the lights flickered on — revealing Hanbin standing there in an oversized white shirt.
"Why are you awake?" he askes, eyebrows furrowed in confusion as he stared at your figure.
"Couldn't sleep," you replied as you curled futher into yourself.
"Why's that?" You watched as he walked past the couch into the kitchen. Casually pouring himself a glass of water as though he hadn't discovered you in the middle of the nightwas a typical interaction for the two of you. And maybe you could trick yourself into belieiving it as well if the thought of tomorrow didn't loom like a dark cloud over your head.
"It might sound a little odd but..." you trailed off, looking away from the older male before continuing. "But I feel dirty. Like their eyes are still on me; looking where I don't want them to." You're taken aback by surprise when the couch dips next to you. Hanbin's hand outstreched towards you, quietly offering a glass of cold water. He's silent as you gently take the cup, urging you to drink through his eyes.
"There's nothing I could say to comfort you." His eyes glide to the thinly concealed camera, jaw clicking as he glares in it's direction. "And if you win, it's not promised to be any better," Hanbin says realitstically — never one to sugar-coat his words. You've come to appericate that aspect from him, especially in a time where everybody seems to be lying.
"So it's better to die?"
"No." Hanbin's head snaps to look at you, his disapporval clear. "Dying means they win: without consquences."
"And what does living mean?" You ask, eyebrow raised curiously, tilting your head as you make eye contact with him.
"That's for you to decide." In stunned silence you watch as Hanbin rises from the couch, returning to his bedroom before stopping infront of the door. "Don't stay up too long," He adds, shortly looking back at you.
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁˚ ༘ 𑣿⋆ ₊˚. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
It's oddly quiet as you leave your bedroom. While the previous mornings couldn't be described as lively either; today's quiet is grimmer than usual.
"Come, come," your escort urges you, noticing your still lingering figure, with a wave of his hand. "We're on a tight schedule today," he says as though it's regular day back at District 10. As though tonight, the two of you'd return to the apartment for dinner. As though the two of you would return at all. The casuality of his setence angering you but you swallow it down. Choosing instead to stare blankly at the array of food on the table before you as you sit down.
"Here, you should eat something," Hanbin says softly, placing an biscuit onto your plate. In a lackluster manner, you follow his words despite the obselete desair to do so. And once again, time doesn't wait for your preparation. Your escort ushering you and Colt to the elevator in what feels to be a blink of an eye. "Wait a moment," Hanbin says, grabbing your wrist as he holds you back.
"Make it quick." You're surprised, your escort's tone lacking it's typical cheerful upbeat as he advises the two of you. Both you and Hanbin nod, like scolded children, before watching the other two move around the corner.
"Hanbin?" you ask as you turn to the mentor. He's quiet, still watching beyond the corner. "What is it?" you ask again in concern, eyebrows furrowing as you look at him.
"Just.." he trails off, staring at where his hand is still wrapped around your wrist. "Don't count yourself out so soon. I'm not," Hanbin says with a caress to your wrist. You scan his face in stunned silence as his words settle warmly into your chest. The words felt different from his mouth, confident unlike when others had spoke similarly.

This is a rewritten au. I found the second part on my notes and decided to make it one fic. No more series for me until I finished The Wedding Planner, The Set Up and Tomorrows With You.
My first au for Kim Hanbin, my star.
Staring at the burning cigarette between your index and middle finger, you brought it to your mouth with enough courage.
You are outside a convenience store, the one you always frequent.
Holding the cancer stick between your lips, you tried to inhale the smoke, only to cough it out.
What are you doing?
Throwing it on the ground, stomping your feet on it, making sure you put it out. You are about to get it from the ground to properly discard it in the trash can when someone also reached for it.
What is he doing here?
You stared at Hanbin, slowly getting up. “I didn’t know you smoke?”, he commented, grinning at you then throw the cigarette in the trash can.
“Yeah,” you muttered. He nodded at you then he smiles. He’s been generous with his smile since last night, something you’re not been doing since, well, you cut off the people who cared for you.
Averting your gaze from him, you get the pack of cigarettes from your pocket, throwing it just before he can get one himself. He seemed amused with what you did and it frustrated you when his dimples made their appearance with his stupid smile.
“Why are you here?”, you can’t help but ask him this question. “You are not there when I woke up,” he explained like it’s a normal thing to say. Like waking up next to him is a normal occurrence in your everyday life.
You sigh, “Okay. Let’s go back,” you ordered him to which he answered with a grin and a hand salute. His hand reaches for your hand, fingers filling the spaces between yours.
You bit your lower lip, stopping yourself from smiling. Thank God you are behind him, he can’t see the way he affects you with the simple touch.
What the fuck you are doing?
What the fuck is Hanbin doing?
Last night, last night was different. The sound of raindrops filled your quiet home. As you lay on your bed, the lightning once in a while illuminating your darkroom. You’ve thought maybe this is peace until it was interrupted by the doorbell then a desperate knock.
You knew it the moment you opened the door, the body in front of you shivering from being wet. You saw it in his eyes. He’s searching for answers to questions he can’t even utter, questions only you can answer. He opens his mouth, only to close it when he didn’t find the right words to say as if his situation is not enough for you to let him in.
You open your door completely to silently invite him in. He didn’t budge, looking at his feet, contemplating.
Bitting your lower lip nervously, giving your pale face a color.
He looks at you again, inhaling deeply, “Love me,” he asked.
Love me. Hanbin, the man you’re in love with since forever asks you to love him.
You’ve been waiting for this, waiting for the time he finally sees you as more than a friend, and yet, you know it’s different. The love he’s begging is different from the one you’re already giving.
“I-“ you trailed off, looking at anything but him, ready to reject whatever he’s offering.
He desperately holds your face in his cold hands, making you look at him. Foreheads touching, eyes locking, he asks you once more.
“Love me, Y/N.”
You’ll never beg for love.
Hanbin didn’t wait for your answer as his lips met yours. His lips tasted nothing but vanilla. He’s not drunk, you thought.
Your rationality is thrown out at the window as you close your eyes. His hands traveled down from your cheeks to your neck as he deepens the kiss. Hanbin gently pushed you backward with his hand on your back while he closes the door with his other hand.
You knew it the moment you tasted his eager lips.
It didn’t occur to you how well he knows this house until Hanbin gently pushed you back on your bed. Breaking the heated kiss, he stares at you with intensity. With labored breathing, you stare back at him.
He slowly takes off his wet shirt. You gulp at the sight in front of you. Hanbin, your best friend, the man you’re hopelessly in love with, will make love to you if you let him.
It still wasn’t clear if you’re dreaming this moment.
His frame leaning above your body, caging you with both of his arms. And maybe you’re dreaming as you once again felt his lips against yours. Giving in, your body melting with his.
Later that night, when he hugs you closer to him, I love you was said in between his soft breathing, mumbling the words against your skin.
Your heart started pounding against your chest, a tear escaping from your eye. Letting it run down since your best friend is sleeping peacefully beside you.
You’ll never beg for love.
But this night it’s different.
You abruptly retract your hand from his hold. Thankfully, you have an excuse, you are both near your apartment. You walk faster than him this time, afraid of seeing his facial expression now. You hurriedly put your passcode, too fast for him to be suspicious.
He watches your back and before he can walk in, the door closed in front of him.
It’s too late to change anything.
You are getting more anxious every second you spent just standing there, alone. While he calmly opened the door again, your back facing him.
“What’s wrong?” he asked you, worry in his voice.
You inhale deeply to calm your racing heart. You turned around to face him with a big smile, “Nothing,” you lied. He slowly walks towards you, “Are you sure?”, he asked you again, looking at your eyes.
“It’s nothing,” you replied, you are looking anywhere but him. Still, he embraces you, holding you in his arms, “Okay,” he accepted your answer this time, kissing your forehead.
I still have time, right?
Since last night, he can’t seem to let go of your hand, constantly reaching out for it. Like tonight, as you now both lay on your bed.
“You know I’m dying right?” the question he can’t ask came out from your mouth, looking beside you.
His hold from your hand loosens, head-turning in your direction. His small eyes widen, sleepiness has gone from your question. You chuckled as you look at the ceiling again, swallowing the lump on your throat.
One more second of staring at his surprise face, you’ll cry, this time with him seeing so you averted your eyes away from him.
“You know this will end right?” whispering the words, reminding Hanbin the end of your story.
From your peripheral view, you saw him nodding, still looking at you.
You plastered a smile on your face before facing him, “You know, Hanbin, I,” you inhale and exhale deeply, keeping the tears at bay, “I wish for this. You know how much I wanted to be beside you. You know how much I waited for this,” saying your thoughts out loud.
Your hold tightens around his hand this time, “So why now? Why now you decided to look at me,” your other hand wiping away the tears from his cheeks.
“Why now after all these times, Hanbin?” your own tears falling. He hugs you closer, enveloping you with his warmth. He holds the back of your head as you lean against his chest. “Why now Hanbin?” you asked between sobs.
“It’s unfair,” you whisper, “for the both of us.”
“I didn’t ask for you to love me. I didn’t ask for anything when you kissed me,” you confessed.
When will be the right time to tell him these?
“I’m just here to fill the spaces but I won’t be anymore,” and he knows that.
Pairing: time traveller!B.I x time traveller!reader
Summary: The Person of Action and the Person of Withholding: two forces materialized in the form of people who time travel to keep the world’s balance. When they meet, who knows what will happen.
[a/n]: can you tell that i miss him?
this is written kind of like a blurb or synopsis or summary or something.. so if anyone wants a more fleshed out version or anything relating to this, just shoot me an ask :-)
The ability to time travel was both a blessing and a curse. It was fascinating to see the world during different time periods, but your responsibilities were a big burden. You couldn’t choose where you wanted to go, or rather, when, and you were only allowed to stay for a set number of days. During this time, you had tasks to complete. They could be as small as moving a potted plant or as big as stopping someone from taking a job offer. By carrying out these tasks, you would maintain the peace and natural flow of the world. Some things were not meant to happen, and it was your job to stop them from happening.
Someone else was in charge of making things happen. The two of you were opposing forces: contrasting greatly but vital for the world. You both needed to exist and carry out your tasks so that the world would not fall apart.
You rarely met. In fact, you never met until you were both sent to the same time at the same time.
He was required to assist a group of musicians, a band who wanted to make their debut. You were required to put the debut of the competing trainees on hold.
Your first meeting with him in the company’s building was not even a proper meeting. The two of you passed by without batting an eye, and it was only after he was long gone that you realized he was wearing a ring on his finger when he passed you. His ring was red; you knew that ring.
The ring of Action.
Yours was blue, the ring of Withholding.
That was how you were able to realize who he was, and when you found him in the building again, you greeted him. He was too lost in his work to properly pay attention to you, but he still smiled politely and greeted you in return.
It was as you were buying a coffee for yourself when he finally realized, noticing the blue ring on your finger as you held your credit card, ready to pay.
“It’s you?” he asked, when you stepped out of the line to wait for your coffee.
You recognized him right away.
“It’s me, which means it’s also you?” you asked in return.
The two of you had to speak strangely because no one was allowed to know of your existence. Time travelling was only a rumour, and the ideas of destiny and fate were used to cover up your presence.
He nodded with a small smile, scratching the back of his neck.
“I never thought I would meet you,” he said. “I’m Hanbin.”
You twisted the ring around your finger, feeling shy. Who knew that the Person of Action would emit such a warm energy...
You were able to discuss your role with him over coffee, laughing and venting about some of the previous tasks you had to carry out in the past. It felt nice to be able to actually tell someone about your duty for once, to open up and talk to someone who understood.
He also shared a few stories with you, too.
You had to leave this time setting after thirty days, and so did he. At first, you were worried about spending so much time in a foreign place all alone, but after meeting Hanbin, you were able to spend all those days in his company.
While completing your task, you were able to be with Hanbin when you weren’t busy. He gave you advice and you also consoled him in return.
You didn’t think that your rings would turn purple. You didn’t think that you would fall in love.
It only took two weeks for you to realize that he was your other half, that you loved him.
When thirty days were up, both of you were in deep. You had spent intimate days and night together going on dates. He felt like the closest person to you, even though you had just met him.
After thirty days, it was time to go. You didn’t know when you would see Hanbin again, and as you said goodbye to him, he pressed a finger to your lips.
“Not goodbye, but see you soon. If we met once, we’re bound to meet again.” His smile was all teary eyes and wobbly mouth, but it was beautiful.
You were also struggling to hold back tears as he cupped your face in his warm hands, stroking your cheeks with his thumbs. The kiss that he planted on your nose left a tingling sensation even as you both disappeared.
-
“[y/n], I am somewhat disappointed in you.”
“What is it, master?”
“I allowed to two of you to meet, but I did not want you to meet in that way. The two of you are parallel lines, heading in the same direction but never supposed to touch. Sure, he was present in the same time as you. But did you have to go and make your rings turn purple?”
“I don’t understand. What’s wrong with that?”
“You are meant to exist separately. If you collide, the world’s balance will turn into chaos. Thank goodness I set your time limit to thirty days. If you continued to meet with him and your ring became a deeper purple, we would not be able to recover.”
“Why did you let me meet him then?”
“It was a test of your conscience. I realize that the test was too difficult, though. I will have to separate the two of you properly, now.”
-
He still searched for you. He searched for you in the stars that you had peered at together one night; he searched for you in cafés that reminded him of the ones where you shared your deepest feelings; he searched for you in every place where you had left your trace, in every place where his memories with you lived in reality.
You both carried out your duties diligently, but you were both nothing but two separated souls who longed for each other at night.
hi hun! don’t know if you’re taking requests now but if you are can i get some angst/fluff with kim hanbin. is missing him hours :((
Of course!!! I miss him too and I literally binge-watched iKON TV yesterday just because I missed my boys. I’m in a fluffy mood right now and tbh, we all need the fluff. In this one, I made you an idol, if you didn’t mind.
Sitting on his bed, Hanbin played a simple game on his phone to distract him from everything that’s going on. There were many times he contemplated whether or not he should call his members, or you, but didn’t in the fear of bringing you into the mess as well. You, on the other hand, have been busy with your schedules but was never busy enough to not visit him or call him. The opening and closing of his family’s apartment door made him look towards his bedroom door. The playful yells of his little sister accompanied by another voice made his heart swell. Hanbyul quickly ran to his bedroom after hastily taking off her shoes. Your giggle and shouting of be careful made the little girl giggle as well and she pushed open her brother’s door.
“Oppa! Y/N-unnie picked me up from school today!” Her voice made Hanbin smile and soon enough, your figure appeared at the door way carrying a bag.
“We went to grab some ice cream and got you some chocolate and choco cone from the store down the street,” you said. His 2 girls sat on the bed with him and he placed an arm around the two of you.
Hanbyul helped by grabbing the choco cone and opening it for him while Hanbin took the time to look at you with loving eyes.
“Thank you,” he softly mumbled. You wrapped your arms around his torso to prevent yourself from bursting into tears.
You knew that he didn’t just mean the ice cream. He meant about everything. You’ve been there for him since that day, you were there to hug him in his sleep when he couldn’t close his eyes without seeing his mother’s disappointed eyes.
You were there for it all.
“Here! I opened it!” Hanbyul cheerfully declared and her brother accepted it gratefully.
“Wah, Hanbyul-ah. You finally did it! Good job!” Hanbin praised the little girl and you bit back a grin. Whenever times were rough, Hanbyul always made Hanbin smile. No matter the situation.
Hanbyul went back to his side and wrapped herself in his arms as she started telling the story about the boy in her class who she helped because the older kids were pushing him around. She was so immersed into the story that she didn’t notice Hanbin’s eyes welling up with tears and you softly wiping them away.
He pressed a kiss on her head and one on yours. His hand found yours and laced them together while you gave it a gentle squeeze to let him know he was alright and safe.
Even when the world was crumbling around him, it was these little moments that lets him know everything will be okay in the end.

Pairing: Hanbin x You

🧞 Part 1, 2, 3, 4
“Sorry,” you whispered, your lips still brushing over Hanbin’s after you stopped kissing him.
“Sorry?” he replied. “Don’t be sorry, I --”
“No, I’m sorry for my shrimp breath.”
Hanbin laughed out loud, actually throwing his head back because he was so amused by your apology.
“I honestly hadn’t planned on kissing anyone tonight,” you chuckled. “So I ate as much shrimp as I wanted.”
“Hey, shrimp is delicious. I don’t blame you one bit.”
“And... you don’t blame me for kissing you, right?” you asked softly, tempted to go back in for another one.
“Of course, not. I swear I didn’t bring you here with that intention, but... I would be lying if I said I hadn’t thought about it. Or wanted it,” he admitted, reaching up to tuck some hair behind your ear.
You studied him, your brow furrowing as you shifted your body to face him as best you could.
“...What?” he asked awkwardly, his cheeks flushing under your curious gaze.
“There’s something different about you,” you mused. “I mean, something different from everyone else I’ve ever met. From every other guy. I just... can’t quite place what it is.”
Panic flashed across his face, very briefly, but you figured he was just nervous or something. You were kind of nervous, too, to be honest.
“I...” He cleared his throat, somewhat avoiding your gaze. “I don’t know what could be different about me. I’m just... a regular guy.”
You let out a soft chuckle, one corner of your lips pulling into a half-smile. And then you leaned in and kissed him again. Just because you felt like it.
He did return your kiss, but he pulled away far too soon, letting out a little hum as he did.
“Listen, I -- I’m not really the type of guy to just --”
“I’m not either,” you interrupted. You honestly had never kissed a guy on the night you’d met him before. “So... take me out tomorrow night.”
His furrowed brow smoothed, and his worried frown morphed into a shy grin.
“Tomorrow? How about --”
He stopped suddenly, so you finished for him. “Dinner? Maybe?”
Hanbin laughed a bit nervously before licking his lips. “Y--yeah. Dinner.”
“Okay, it’s a date,” you murmured, already leaning in toward him. “So now we have that established... can we kiss some more?”
Because kissing him felt better than anything you’d felt in a long time.
Maybe... even better than working.
Before Hanbin dropped you off for the night, he made sure to exchange phone numbers with you. You requested he text you when he got home, and while you assured him it wasn’t just a ploy to get a conversation started, you said it while holding back a very sly smirk.
The two of you shared a very slow, tender goodnight kiss before Hanbin got back behind the wheel of the Leaf and drove home.
Well... to One’s home.
Because, in case you’d forgotten, Hanbin owned absolutely nothing he was touching at the moment.
Except his underwear. But I don’t need your mind going in that direction because I have a story to tell, okay?
When he stepped through the door of One’s townhouse, his friend was sitting on the couch, seemingly waiting for Hanbin’s arrival.
“So?” One asked, turning off the television and standing to greet him. “How’d it go?”
Hanbin shook his head, unable to keep from grinning like an absolute idiot. “I honestly don’t think you’ll even believe me.”
“What? You kissed her or something?” His tone was one of sarcasm, so Hanbin simply looked at him as if to say ‘Bingo.;
“YOU KISSED HER?!”
Hanbin nodded, trying to keep up the smug expression he’d managed, but... he felt his cheeks warming, so he knew he was also blushing. “And I’m taking her out tomorrow night.”
“DUDE. Wait, so what’s she like? Tell me everything!” One sat back down on the couch, pulling Hanbin down next to him and eagerly awaiting his friend’s account of the evening.
“She’s... She’s incredible. She honestly just came right up to me and introduced herself, and then we spent the rest of the night together. We talked, we went for a drive, I took her to my spot up on the mountain, and she just... kissed me. A lot, actually.”
“And she bought the whole CEO thing?”
“Yep.”
“But you’re going to tell her tomorrow, right?”
“...Tell her what?”
“That you’re not actually the CEO.”
“...What? Why would I do that?”
“Because she’s going to find out anyway! You need to tell her before she discovers it on her own. That would be way worse.”
“How would she figure it out?” Hanbin scoffed.
“Uh... from looking up the app?”
“She’s too busy for that! She’s really focused on her career.”
“Okay... whatever you say,” One shrugged. “And before you ask, yes, I will loan you another outfit and my car for tomorrow night. Just promise you’ll tell her before the second date.”
Hanbin sighed, rubbing a hand over his face as he contemplated what, exactly, he should do.
“If there’s a second date... I’ll tell her.”
“Good man.” One clapped Hanbin on the shoulder before requesting he go change and head on home. It was getting a bit late, and Hanbin had a big day tomorrow.
Your first date with Hanbin was... Well, it was just about perfect.
He took you to a delicious farm-to-table restaurant in the heart of the city. Afterward, you strolled along the greenway, holding hands and sharing a lot more kisses.
You didn’t bring up the app, and you didn’t even hint at the fact you’d found out he wasn’t actually the CEO.
So... Hanbin didn’t say anything either.
And he didn’t say anything on the second date... or the third... or even the fourth.
One kept pressuring him to, assuring him this would come back to bite him in the ass. “You need to tell her before she finds out on her own,” he kept saying.
And while Hanbin knew he was right... he was just too ashamed to show you who he truly was: a poor, lowly employee at the bottom of the totem pole. And it’s not like One could promote him because... there was nothing else to do. He had no development or design experience; he belonged in a tiny cubicle answering phones and instructing people how to force close the app and re-open it.
“You’re telling her tonight, right?” One asked as he helped Hanbin into a snazzy trench coat. “Because I really don’t think I can keep lending you my clothes after this. My conscience is starting to guilt trip me.”
“Yes, I’ll tell her tonight,” Hanbin said for at least the tenth time.
And he would tell you.
...If he got an opportunity.
He whistled softly to himself as he headed down the walkway of your house, jingling the car keys in time with his footsteps.
He was honestly feeling pretty good about himself because he’d decided tonight was the night he would ask you to officially become his girlfriend. He was going to take you to your favorite restaurant before driving up to that spot on the mountain - a place he had now deemed “your spot” since it was where you first kissed.
He rang your doorbell, shoving his hands in his pockets and waiting patiently for you to answer.
And... when you did, you flung the door open.
Your brow was furrowed deeply, your mouth set into a thin, straight line. It was very obvious you were angry about something, and Hanbin was extremely hesitant to ask what that something was.
“Hey...” he greeted cautiously. “Is... everything okay?”
“I don’t know,” you answered in short tones. “You tell me, Hanbin.”
“...What are you talking about? Tell you what?”
Oh please no please no please no.
“Really? You’re going to act like you have no idea what I’m talking about?”
Hanbin could feel a cold sweat breaking out on his forehead, but for some reason, his brain compelled him to continue to play it cool. “What are you talking about? I can’t know what you’re mad about if you don’t tell me.”
“Okay, fine,” you chuckled bitterly. “I decided to finally do some research on your little app.”
“...Ah.”
“Yeah, that interview you did for Business Weekly magazine. You thought I wouldn’t see that? Gee, you sure look different in pictures. And since when did you change your name to One?”
“Listen, Y/N, I can explain --”
“What is there to explain, Hanbin?! You lied to me! Plain and simple! You’re not the founder of that app. You’re not the CEO of anything. Trust me, I looked. I mean, you do at least work for the app, but you’re --”
“A tech support rep, I know,” he muttered shamefully.
You stared at him, mouth agape. “That’s what you’re ashamed of?! You’re ashamed of working a desk job? Not about the fact you lied to me?! When I told you first thing I value honesty above all else?!”
“Y/N, of course, I’m ashamed of that! But it’s complicated --”
“What’s complicated about telling the truth?!” you spat.
“The truth is I’m poor!” Hanbin cried, finally managing to get out a full sentence. “I’m poor, and I knew you probably wouldn’t ever give me the time of day because I live in a shithole apartment and eat ramen and wear jeans with holes in them - holes that weren’t put there on purpose.”
You blinked a few times, standing stock-still in your doorway and breathing heavily from your rage.
“...Wow,” you finally uttered. “That’s what you think of me, then. You think I care about stuff like that.”
“Y/N, wait, I --”
“Well, I’m glad I found out now before we became official. Have a nice life, Hanbin. I hope you can find enough confidence and security in yourself to realize money doesn’t really matter.”
“You say that because you have it,” he countered as you were in the middle of closing the door on him. You paused, so he kept on going. “It’s easy for you to think money doesn’t really matter because... it doesn’t matter for you. You don’t have to worry about paying your rent on time. You don’t have to worry about whether or not you can afford to get pizza delivered because what if your car breaks down on the way to work? You don’t have to worry about how you’re going to pay for your doctor’s visit or your dentist’s visit, so you end up just not going.”
You stood there, barely blinking as you met his gaze. He could’ve sworn he saw some sympathy in your eyes, but you shook your head.
So, obviously, he couldn’t say anything to placate you. At least, not right now. Maybe after a while, once you’d cooled down, but... would it even be worth it by then?
Hanbin nodded at you before taking a few steps back then turning to head back to the car.
When he heard your front door close, it was like... okay, this is seriously cheesy, but it was like the door was closing on his heart, too.

[A/N] this took a while for us to finish, but we are pretty excited with how it turned out. We hope you guys like this part as much as we do! Also, we apoligize in advance ^^
I tied my hair in a high ponytail and sat in front of my mirror. Deciding on a natural look, I started by moisturizing my face properly and proceeded to blend the foundation with my skin. Skincare had always been an important part of my daily routine even before moving to Korea. I had always been the type to take really good care of myself, which is part of the reason why my parents allowed me to move to Korea for an internship. That’s how I got to meet Bobby for the first time, and we immediately clicked. He was funny and outgoing, while I was more reserved and easily shied away from uncomfortable situations. He made me feel at ease, and I grew to really like spending time with him.
I applied a neutral but slightly sparkling golden eyeshadow that complimented my skin perfectly. Right when I picked up the blush, the song I was listening too ended and another one followed right after. As much as I loved the song, that wasn’t the mood I was in now. I picked up my phone to skip it and set a playlist, and I took the opportunity to text Bobby.
- Give my name at the front desk. I don’t want to wait for you there.
His answer came a few seconds after, lighting up my phone with his simple words:
- Don’t worry
After adding just a bit of highlight and a simple lipstick, I dressed up in a tight, dark grey dress that was short enough to have Bobby second glance, but not so short that it became indecent. I hesitated between heels and my favorite pair of black Air Force 1s but decided on the later to complete the look since I knew Bobby liked my hip-hop looks more than he liked my cute looks.
It had been about three weeks since we last saw each other. We rarely spent that much time apart but his schedule filled up unexpectedly, as his company decided to wrap up iKON’s album earlier than they had planned. On the few occasions he had texted me, neither of us mentioned what had happened last time and even when I hinted it, tried to tell him I wanted to do it again, he always found ways to avoid it. It got me thinking he was uncomfortable with the idea, but again, he had built this situation from scratches, all by himself, and it confused me how he expected me to act like it had never happened.
I smiled shyly at the receptionist when I walked into the building.
“Hi, I’m here to see Bobby.”
“Yes, he told me to let you in. He’s in the studio down the hall.” He smiled back and I nodded politely at the middle-aged man sitting behind the desk. I had been here a few times before, but the YG buildings were always intimidating, to say the least. Backlit posters of all their artists hung up the walls, the color scheme was somber and chick and I felt like I didn’t fit in at all. I walked fast to the last studio, quickly getting inside and closing the door behind me. Only inside did I notice all the people in the room. Sound engineers and producers turned around to look at me awkwardly standing at the door. That was what I meant by uncomfortable situations. I bowed to them and stuttered with my words.
“Hello, I’m Bobby’s friend. I was told he would be in here, huh… Hi,” I bowed again and realized I was being ridiculous when a few of them chuckled at me.
“Come in,” one of them said to me. “He’s recording right now.” I felt stupid for not noticing he was standing right across the glass, behind the mic. He moved away from it for a second and smirked at me, and I smiled back.
“Give me a second,” his voice resonated in the room, and he told the man at the board to play the music. He delivered his lines confidently as always. He always looked so focused and passionate when he was working on music. That was something I admired about him. It was crazy how talented he was, but how down to earth he always stayed.
After easily recording a verse he asked for a break. He walked out of the recording booth and into the room, only to motion for me to step out in the hall for a second. When he made sure we were out of sight, he raised his hands to my waist, slowly pushing me into the wall.
“Hey Baby,” he said against my lips, and I leaned forward to peck his own, smiling against him.
“That was awkward, I’m sorry.”
“It was fine, don’t worry. You look good today. Your earrings are pretty,” he complimented, referring to the diamond studs he had offered me. “And I like this dress.” He tugged on the material of it slightly, looking down at my body. I was happy with my choice too, knowing it was as flattering as it was comfortable. When he looked back up at me I grabbed his face and pulled him closer, kissing him deeply. I let my tongue slip between his lips for a brief moment before he pulled away.
“I should be done in about half an hour, and we can go to your place. The girls are practicing downstairs, you should go check them.” I nodded at his suggestion, and he quickly pressed a kiss to my neck before letting go of me and stepping back.
“You sounded good back there.” Although I knew he probably heard that a lot, I still felt the need to tell him. He chuckled and looked down shyly, and I thought he looked adorable.
“Thank you, Babygirl. See you later.”
I smiled and walked away from him and down the stairs to the dance room. I could see the girls from Blackpink through the door window and stepped in to find them rehearsing the choreography to their new song. Along with Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rosé, Donghyuk, Yunhyeong and B.I were all sitting on a bench by the mirror, watching them. No one noticed me for a while until the song ended and I clapped at the girls. As always they looked flawless, and I was impressed by how in sink their moves were.
“It’s been forever!” Rosé was the first to speak up, coming over to me to hug me. “Where have you been?”
“Busy, I guess. You guys look so good. Congrats on your new release!”
“Thank you. Come in! Go sit with the boys,” she said smiling, and my eyes locked with Hanbin when I turned to look at them. He watched me intently and anyone else wouldn’t have noticed the slight smirk that appeared on his lips as I walked towards them.
“What’s up?” Yunhyeong asked when I reached him
“Not much, what’s up with you guys?” While I walked to sit next to B.I, he told me about their upcoming comeback and how everyone had recorded most of their parts and should be going overseas for a while to shoot the music videos.
I sat on the bench at Hanbin’s left and as soon as I crossed my legs, he slipped his hand to my lower back, moving just a bit closer to me. No one noticed since they kept talking about how excited they were for their respective comebacks, but the move made me smile. I leaned in closer to him to whisper in his ear.
“Daddy…”
I felt his body tense against me and I couldn’t help but lean slightly against him. He looked around for a second, making sure no one noticed how close we were, and he sneaked his arm around my waist. He whispered to me.
“How have you been?”
“I’ve been alright.”
“You look good today.”
“Thank you, you don’t look too bad yourself,” was all I answered. It felt like we were running around the bush, both trying to get the conversation to where we really wanted it to be but no one wanting to cross that line just yet.
The small talk was somehow building on some tension, and I’m sure we both felt it. Hanbin was looking at the girls who had resumed dancing, but he looked out of it. He shifted in his sit a couple of times until he asked:
“Should we get out?”
Yes. That’s what I wanted to answer. Yes Daddy, get me out of here and fuck me exactly like you did last time. But I couldn’t say that. I knew Bobby would be ready anytime soon and I couldn’t just leave the building with Hanbin. Or worst, I couldn’t get caught pressed against a wall, naked in a small room.
I actually felt a little embarrassed that just a few words from Hanbin could make me so eager. It made sense, considering I had felt him inside me, I had tasted him, I had seen him cum. But he had always seen me as Bobby’s cute, innocent friend. Until last time.
I shook the thoughts off and moved away from him. He looked into my eyes, then at my lips and back up, and for a second I thought I’d give in.
“We can’t do that,” I said as low as I could, hoping he wouldn’t notice how much I wanted to kiss him right then and there.
“Of course we can,” he whispered and leaned against me again. I got up, knowing I wouldn’t be able to resist if he got any closer.
“I have to meet Bobby upstairs” I turned around and smiled at the girls who were dancing, walking away. When I reached the door, I waved at Donghyuk and Yunhyeong and walked out without glancing at B.I.
I walked up the stairs and down the hallway slowly, breathing in deeply. I knew Bobby was probably not done, but I really needed to get out of the room before things got out of control. I walked past a couple of empty rooms, heading for Bobby’s studio. I was planning on sitting there and drooling over how hot he looked behind his mic, dropping bomb ass lines. Before I reached it, someone called my name behind me and I immediately knew who it was.
“Chanwoo, hi,” I turned and smiled at him as he walked up to me. He looked even better than I remembered, and it had only been a few weeks. He wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me when he reached me. It was so spontaneous, so much like him. I hugged him back, then pulled away. “What are you doing here?” He smiled down at me and I thought I would melt.
“Just went to say hi to the girls downstairs and I was heading for Bobby’s studio.”
“He’s still recording, I think.” Chanwoo cocked his head to the side slightly as he said that, and I didn’t know what to answer him. He looked so innocent and cute. “Come with me, he’s not ready yet.”
How could I say no to that? He took my hand and led me to an empty studio. The lights were on and there were papers scattered on the console.
“Are you working on something?” I asked as I watched him sit on the couch across the room.
“Hanbin wrote a couple of songs for me, just trying to figure them out.”
I walked up to the console and looked over the songs. I had no idea what the notes meant, I knew nothing about melodies or hooks or whatever. I just absentmindedly fiddled with the papers. There were so many of them. It struck me how many songs Hanbin worked on, and how determined Chanwoo was for working on so many of them at the same time, while the others were on a break. I suppose I got lost in my thoughts because he cleared his throat and I turned to look at him. He motioned for me to come next to him, which I did. I stood right in front of his sitting figure as he looked up at me. He reached for both my hands and pulled me closer until I was straddling him. He didn’t say a word, but he looked down at my dress which was slowly riding up my thighs.
“Baby…” I protested weakly, but he yanked on hands. Before I knew it, my legs were on either side of his and I sat on his lap as I wrapped my arms around his neck. Chanwoo pulled my dress up just a bit so it barely covered my ass. Any thoughts I had right then vanished as soon as he drew his fingers up my bare thighs. I pressed my lips against his and he moved his hands up, higher, until he reached my hips. He kissed me back, hard, and soon enough his tongue slipped through my lips. The feeling was out of this world. I knew I shouldn’t be doing this, I knew I had rejected Hanbin just a few minutes before, but for some reason, I couldn’t say no to Chanwoo. Not when he looked at me like he did, not when he was pressing me down on his lap.
I felt the heat rushing to my head. I wanted more and he could probably tell; he grabbed my ass cheeks with both hands and squeezed them hard. He pulled away from the kiss only to attach his lips to my neck. He bit and sucked on my collarbone, and I reached up to grab his hair.
“Baby,” I breathed as I grabbed his face with both of my hands to bring him back to face me.
I was kissing him deep and I was grinding against his crotch when the door flew open. It took me a second to realize it, and when I did I immediately jumped off of Chanwoo and pulled my dress down.
What were the odds of getting caught in that room? And on top of that, what were the odds of getting caught by Bobby? He stood right at the door, and all I wanted was for the ground to swallow me. If looks could kill, I would have been dead by now. He stared at me for what felt like hours when it was really seconds. He said nothing, not a word. He didn’t even glance at Chanwoo. He looked straight at me, and then he turned on his heels and walked away.
“Fuck,” I mumbled to myself as I ran after him.
Only in the car did I see my reflection. My hair stuck to my forehead around the edges, my lipstick was smudged. I didn’t know what to say to Jiwon, and he said nothing either. The 15-minute ride was the longest it could have been.
I was pretty sure I didn’t spend that much time with Chanwoo. But then again, I could have lost track of time with his firm body holding me tight, his hair feeling soft between my fingers, his teeth scraping the skin of my neck. I shook the thoughts off, dreading Bobby’s reaction. I expected him to yell at me, telling me how had told me not to mingle with his friends, how mad he was at me. But he said nothing, and the silence was killing me.
When we got to my building, he turned off the contact and got out of the car before I could do or say anything. To say he was angry would be an understatement. I expected him to drop me off and leave, but he didn’t. He didn’t wait for me like he usually did, and he simply strode past through the main hall as I paced behind him. I reached him right in front of my door, which I opened as fast as I could.
As soon as I stepped inside, Jiwon grabbed my arm and pushed me against the first wall. He was furious. He looked at me with nothing but rage and disgust, and I knew I had messed up, big time.
I knew he didn’t want me to do anything with his friends. Despite what had happened last time, he clearly told me he didn’t want it to happen again. I felt like I didn’t need his permission, after all, we weren’t dating or anything. But right at this moment, as he pressed his hand against my throat, I felt terrible for ever deceiving him.
He spoke to me slowly, his voice so low I could barely hear him.
“What the fuck made you think that was okay?” was all he said before he kissed me unexpectedly. I pulled away fast, too fast. He was lightly choking me, and the few seconds felt way more intense than any other kiss we had had before.
Breathing heavily, I reached up to his hand to loosen his grip on my neck, which he did. He put both hands around my face and looked at me intently. He then moved away and pulled me by the hand to my bedroom, before throwing me on the bed.
I had never been manhandled like that before, especially not by him. But I knew he wouldn’t hurt me. I had seen him mad before, and he was never the type to let things get out of control. He was also always careful around me. I honestly wasn’t scared, only disappointed in myself.
After removing both of my shoes and throwing them across the room, he moved up the bed and on top of me. I waited for his next move as he hovered over me. His lips just came crashing hard against mine, and by the way he kissed me I immediately understood he was going to take his frustration out on me.
His kisses were wet and sloppy, totally different from his usual slow and sensual kisses. I tried my best to soothe him by rubbing his neck and shoulders, but it didn’t seem to work at all. Soon enough he moved away from my face and he moved down my body. In a couple of quick moves, he lifted my dress up so it wrapped around my waist, and pulled my panties down. Without warning, I felt his warm breath against my core, and I thought I would combust right then and there.
“I hate how wet you are,” he breathed against me. I hadn’t realized how hot and bothered Chanwoo had gotten me. And I hadn’t realized how much I needed Bobby to touch me until he did.
He ever so slowly placed the tip of his tongue right on my clit and flicked it once, twice, three times before I was squirming under him. I needed more, and it killed me that I couldn’t stay still. I wanted to be as submissive as I could be, as a way to maybe redeem myself. That being said, I wasn’t used him going down on me like that. And he was so good at it. He ran his tongue from my hole all the way up to my clit a few times, before settling on the bud and sucking hard on it. I rubbed his head as a sign of gratitude and struggled to tone my moans down. I could hear how wet I was and it turned me on even more that he was being so careless while eating me out.
He was restless as he kissed my lips and bit my inner thighs, before returning to the bundle of nerves and toying with it even more.
I soon felt my walls start to clench and heat built in the pit of my stomach. As if on cue, Jiwon pushed a finger inside of me, then added a second, and pumped them fast and hard against my sweet spot. He did it over and over, in sync with his lips sucking on my clit, and I got close, so fucking close to coming. And he pulled away.
My breath got stuck in my throat, and my first reflex was to try to squeeze my thighs together to get the release I was so close to getting. But Bobby didn’t allow me to. Before I could even attempt to move, he pushed my knees further apart and positioned himself back between my legs, crawling back up to me. I was breathing so heavily and my face felt so warm when he reached my lips, which he quickly pecked.
I sneaked my hands between our bodies reaching for his crotch, only to find him rock hard. I did my best to unbuckle his belt and open up his jeans while he bit and sucked on my jaw. His movements felt rough against my body, but deliberately slow at the same time. He bit down on my neck as if he was claiming me as if that was the only way he knew to mark me as his.
As I fiddled with his pants and rubbed against his shaft in an attempt to please him, he growled against my ear and a chill ran through my body. He sounded so ready, so needy, and I wouldn’t be able to name the feeling I got realizing I had gotten him that worked up.
When his pants were halfway down his thighs, he yanked my hands away. He lined himself with my core, and without notice, he entered me slowly. I gasped as he bottomed out, and was grateful that he stayed still for a second before pulling out completely.
He pushed himself off of me only to pull my hips down, closer to his own. Lifting both of my thighs up, he stared down at me for what felt like forever. His eyebrows scrunched, heavily breathing, sweat dripping down the sides of his face, he was gorgeous. Right at this moment, he was all I wanted. I wanted him close, I wanted to feel his body against mine, his lips against my lips, his cock inside me.
I realized he was not going to give me the intimacy I wanted when he rammed his hips against mine, dick stretching me over again. But this time he did not stop. He slammed his hips into mine over and over again, hard, holding onto my thighs for leverage. I could only mumble out his name as he continued to fuck in and out of me. The angle allowed him to rub against my g-spot with every single thrust. My eyes rolled to the back of my head and my back arched involuntarily, and he would have usually seized to occasion to grab my boobs and soothe my aching nipples. But he didn’t. His fingers dug into my skin, and the stretch of his cock inside of me was the perfect amount a pain and pleasure I needed.
He let out another deep growl and my walls clenched around his shaft, hard.
Just when they did, he pulled out of me. He let go of my legs only for his hands to find my chin and force me to look up at him. The once again stolen orgasm made me feel so weak as his eyes burned into mine. Tension could be cut with a knife in the room.
With a low hum, Bobby shifted on the bed and in a second, he had me laying on my stomach. He pulled my hips up slightly. I clenched my fists on the bed sheets when he slapped my right ass cheek, before entering me from behind. With my chest pressed down on the bed, he held on to my hips and thrust his erection into me. And again. A couple of thrusts were enough for me to feel the heat build up again, even stronger now, in the pit of my stomach. My moans got louder and louder, and Bobby did not stop. Not until my moans transformed into desperate cries, and I let go of the bed sheets to sneak a hand between my legs and push me right over the edge. That’s when he stopped.
I couldn’t believe for a second that he didn’t know how close I was to cumming. The growl that came out of my throat warned him of that. He did not seem to care, though. He spanked me once again, and the sting resonated through my whole body. He had gotten me so sensitive, so desperate that I would have done anything to cum right then and there. And he just rubbed his cock against my wetness a couple of times, until I was pushing my hips into his. He gave in to my insistence by entering me once again. I found myself meeting every single one of his hip thrusts and we set this beautiful rhythm of skin slapping and moans and grunts. I could only see him from the corner of my eyes as I lied face down on the bed. But from what I could see, he was just as worked up as I was.
He wrapped one hand around my hair and pulled on it, while his other hand rested on my ass.
“Stop moving,” was all he breathed out to me, and the tone only made me stop rubbing myself against him.
“Daddy…” I pleaded. I just hoped for him to go harder. That was all I needed. Just one more thrust was all I needed to get my sweet release. But that thrust never came, and I couldn’t take it.
I turned around harshly, pushing him off me. He tried to hold on to my arm, but I pulled out of his hold and shifted away.
“Get the fuck off of me, Bobby” I practically spat the words at him while I got off the bed. My legs felt so weak, my whole body was trembling from the surge of emotions that rushed to my head when it became clear that he had absolutely no intention to let me cum.
“Baby” he called out when I made my way to my adjacent bathroom, practically stumbling from the tension in my body.
I turned around to give him a quick look, only to find him dumbfounded by this mess he had created. He had never seen me mad, I was always pretty cheerful around him. But right at this moment, I couldn’t care less.
“You’re an asshole. Honestly. Why the fuck are you doing this to me? Why are you acting so childish? You can’t talk to me? You have to hurt me? What the fuck, Bobby?” The words came out with no filter, and I just felt like I was going to explode.
I walked into the bathroom as fast as I could, on the verge of tears, slamming the door behind me.
I should have known. From the moment he went down on me. From how quiet he was the whole time. From how harsh he was being. It was so obvious he was punishing me, and I absolutely hated it. A sob escaped my lips, and I realized just how much it hurt to be punished by Jiwon.
My muscles ached all over. I crumbled down to the floor against the door and just let all my tears out. I didn’t know what to do with myself, it felt like nothing could soothe me in any way. The frustration and omnipresent need for release was nothing compared to knowing how much I must have had deceived him for him to punish me like that.
Sitting on the bathroom floor, I felt so disappointed, so disgusted with myself. I felt like a whore, a playtoy Bobby only used to get himself off and would send over to fuck his friends when he was feeling like it, and that was the worst thing about this situation. He didn’t care about me or about my feelings. Right there, ugly crying by myself for what felt like forever, I was sure of that.
It took me a while to calm down and get up. I walked over to the sink and only after looking at the mirror did I realize he hadn’t even bothered to take my dress off. After turning on the shower, I undressed completely. Standing under the shower always helped soothe my body and my mind.
I knew Bobby. We had been doing this fuckbuddy thing for so long now, and we had been friends for so much longer. He wasn’t the type to rush through sex, not even undressing properly. He would have never let himself hurt me like he did if catching me with Chanwoo didn’t mean that much to him. This probably didn’t even have anything to do with Chanwoo, and everything to do with him and me.
It was hard for me to try to fathom his feelings towards me, but his reaction was a clear sign that this thing between us was stronger than I thought it was. And, to be honest, that scared me beyond words. I could barely admit it to myself, let alone to him. I figured he’d have probably gone home by now, and I was relieved I wouldn’t have to face him tonight. I didn’t know what to tell him, or what I wanted him to tell me. I felt conflicted, not really knowing what to expect from our relationship after tonight. Yeah, I had clearly messed up. I knew that. But him being this angry at me and punishing me to this extent was never something I would have expected from him.
Maybe I was overreacting. Maybe this orgasm-denial thing didn’t mean as much to him as it did to me. He might have done it just to tease me. Hell, maybe he really hadn’t done it on purpose.
But that wasn’t Jiwon. He knew everything there was to know about me and my body, he was deliberately punishing me and that hurt.
My heart broke a little thinking just how angry he must have felt to let it get far enough to hurt me. I never would’ve thought I’d feel this way about Bobby and it was hard to admit that to myself. Thoughts crashed and collided in my mind, as I tried to make sense of all my feelings.
I have no idea how much time I spent in the bathroom, but it felt like a long time. Still, when I came out, I found Jiwon resting against my headboard, shirtless, absentmindedly scrolling through his phone.

Genre: So much angst, I swear you’ll die
Word Count: 2590
You pressed the button to the buildings main elevator and waited patiently as you heard the faint buzz of the contraction working. It was late, past midnight, and there was virtually no one around apart from a few cleaners here and there. You had decided to come to the YG building to see your boyfriend - Kim Hanbin - who had been working so hard recently. You texted him a few hours ago asking him how he is and if he had eaten and he still hadn’t read it. You spent the time that you should have been finishing off your own work worrying about him and his wellbeing. Hanbin has this habit of over working himself when he feels stressed. He doesn’t sleep, eat, or even talk to anyone until all his work is done. He just shuts everything and everyone out, and even though you’ve never brought it up to him; it hurts. You know that it isn’t his fault, and just a coping mechanism but him not talking to you as if you are just as important to him as everyone else hurts. The elevator finally arrives, opening its doors slowly - as if a warning not to proceed. You step in and balance the pile of containers filled with food on one arm so you can press the button to the third floor which is where Hanbin’s go-to studio is located. You’ve been there so many times that you know how to get there exactly. Third floor, a left and then another and then it’s the third door on the right. You were bringing him food, knowing that he wouldn’t have eaten and just wanting to see him and cuddle him to let him know that you’re always thinking of him. You just wanted to tell him that all his hard work would pay off and maybe he should take a small break and sleep for heaven’s sake. You knew that he wouldn’t listen but at least you would be able to force him to eat.
You walk out of the elevator, humming some song that had been stuck in your head for the past few days and instead of trying to get it out you just stuck with it figuring that it would go on its own, but obviously that hadn’t happened. As you got closer and closer to Hanbin’s studio you felt more and more excited to just hug him and kiss him and hear his voice. It felt as if it had been a whole lifetime since you had last seen him. You reached the door and didn’t bother to knock since you never do. You edge the door open slowly, it’s half way open and all feelings of excitement leave your body and is replaced with something else. A feeling that is indescribable. Was it sadness? Anger? Betrayal? You stared at the sight in front of you, your mouth open and your eyes not blinking. You couldn’t speak. You watched as Hanbin had his lips on another girl, kissing her passionately just like the way he kissed you. Her top was off, revealing her black bra and smooth skin which he was running his hands up and down, caressing just like he did to you. His own top was off also and she had one hand in his hair while the other was resting on his chest. You just watched him kiss her. Suddenly your arms gave in and the containers of food that you had been trying so hard to not drop, and had taken you so long to prepare for the boy you loved and whom you thought loved you back, toppled to the ground with a crash, its contents spilling everywhere - a bit of it even ending up on the cuffs of your jeans. You watched as their lips parted and they both noticed you. The girl had a startled and confused expression on her face, she grabbed her top and used it to cover her bare chest. Hanbin however, had an expression of complete shock and horror. You were stuck there. You couldn’t move. You stared at him, you noticed his mouth move but no words came out. Your heart felt as if it was being used as a punching bag and you noticed how its rate had increased. The building which felt slightly chilly a few seconds ago, had suddenly become unbearable hot. Coming to your senses you turned and walked as quick as you could in the direction of the nearest exit. You couldn’t believe what you just saw. You shook your head, trying to get a grasp of it all. And then you heard his voice and all the pieces of the puzzle fit together.
“Y/n! Y/n wait.” He was running behind you, you could hear his footsteps. You didn’t even notice how fast you were walking until you stopped. You couldn’t breathe. It was too hot. He stopped also when he saw how abruptly you had stopped. He watched from behind as you just stood there, not doing anything. And then it hit you. You crouched down and began sobbing into your hands out of nowhere. You didn’t even have the dignity left to do it quietly. You sobbed in the middle of the corridor loudly with no shame. He still stood there and watched. You couldn’t stop. You loved him. You love him. All you did was think of him. Even when you had work to do, you thought of him. And what was he doing while you were thinking of him? What was he doing while you were texting him and calling him and making him food? Cheating on you. You felt a hand on your shoulder and then the sobbing stopped. Feelings of anger overtook your feelings of sadness and stupidity you immediately rose and turned around to face, wiping you tears. Your face was flushed but you stood there and stared him right in the eye. “Y/n I...” he began but you didn’t want to hear it. Before you even knew what you were doing your hand clashed with his left cheek, making a loud and echoing clapping sound. His face jerked to the side revealing the red mark your slap had left behind.
“Fuck you.” You stated, your voice a bit shaky but filled with no remorse nonetheless. He turned to face you, his face contorted with guilt. His eyes were watering also, maybe because of the slap or maybe because he felt guilty. Or because he loved you too.
“I’m sorry” he almost whispered. You didn’t reply. You felt the waterworks coming again, and they did. You started to cry bending your head instinctively. Tears ran down your face as you couldn’t help but remember every single second of what you had just witnessed. He pulled you into him, wrapping his arms around you. You pushed him away from you harshly, you rose your finger, pointing it directly in his face,
“don’t you dare. Don’t you dare touch me.”
“Y/n, I...”
“I don’t care, don’t speak to me. I hate you. I HATE YOU! I HATE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING! I HATE YOU SO MUCH! I HATE YOU!” You practically screamed. It literally felt as someone was tearing you heart from your chest as you screamed. The sobbing didn’t stop. Hanbin watched you, finding it hard to prevent his own tears from falling. How could he be so stupid. He pulled you again, and you responded the same, but this time he didn’t give up. He grabbed your wrists to prevent you from fighting back and pushed you against the wall so that you were forced to look at him. He had frantically put his top on before coming to chase after you. He stared down into your eyes and you glared at him, unable to stop the tears. He looked away from you briefly, his hands still on your wrists. He looked back,
“Y/n I’m sorry. I know that you don’t believe me but... I am. I don’t know what I was doing. That girl... I don’t even like her, I barely even know her! Please forgive me baby. I’m sorry. I love you. More than anything... I’m sorry.” He started to cry mid-way through his explanation and in contrast you stopped. You watched silently as tears streamed down his face. Was this supposed to make you feel sorry for him?
“You don’t betray someone you love. Especially with someone you don’t even like.” You spat out, taking in his pathetic explanation which made you even more angry. “Now get off me.” You ordered but he just stared at you.
“But baby-”
“Hanbin get off me.” His name tasted sour in your mouth. He didn’t budge and you didn’t fight it. You felt weak with his hands on you, like you had no power. You were fully aware of the emotional power he has over you, but you also knew that you would not give in. No matter what he does in this moment. It’s over. Hanbin crashed his lips onto yours, as if he could read your mind. He knew it was over too, but he didn’t want that. He loved you. He wasn’t lying all those times when he would whisper that he loved you over and over again. His lips felt weird on yours, not like they usually do. Like they didn’t fit anymore. You didn’t kiss him back. You tried to wriggle your wrists out of his grasp, but that only made him hold them tighter. You pulled your head away from his, the back of it almost hitting the wall. “Get the fuck off me! I said don’t touch me!” You shouted at him, fighting more and more.
“Y/N! I SAID I LOVE YOU! I’M SORRY!”
“I DON’T FUCKING CARE NOW GET OFF!” You were crying again now, frustrated that you couldn’t get him off you. He let go of your wrists, but quickly wrapped his arms around your body, pulling you close and crying into your neck.
“I’m sorry! Please baby I’m sorry!” He sobbed, squeezing you tightly knowing that if he ever let’s go you’ll be gone forever. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry” he whined into your neck loudly like a prayer. You stood frozen in his arms as he sobbed into your neck. He was pathetic. The sorry’s got quieter but they didn’t stop. You couldn’t feel sorry for him. All you felt was disgust and heartbreak. He had broken your heart just like that. You stared at the white wall as your former boyfriend still continued to whimper and hold you as if he was a child. You thought of all the amazing times you and Hanbin had together and how you had thought that you guys would be together forever. You remembered the first time he told you that he loved you. You remembered your birthday, when you bought you that necklace that you were too afraid to wear in case you lost it or broke it since it’s so expensive. You thought of your first date and how he instantly charmed you. But the most reoccurring thought in your head was how he kissed you. How his soft lips usually felt on yours. How a simple kiss could just turn your whole day around. How you usually melted in his arms and couldn’t even be angry when he touched you. How crying and hugging you only made you want to take him home and put him into bed. But not this time.
“Why?” You whispered, silent tears falling from your eyes as he clung to your unresponsive body. His soft crying died down.
“Because I... I was lonely. I missed you.” You felt his lips brush against your neck as he spoke. Unlike everything else, that still made you weak. But you would not give in.
“Why didn’t you call me?” Your voice was emotionless. He didn’t reply for a while.
“I don’t know.” Is all he could say. Of course he didn’t know. He’s an idiot, that’s why he didn’t call you. His hands moved to the sides of your arms and he rose to look at you. “I don’t know baby but I’m sorry. I didn’t want to hurt you. I never wanted to hurt you. I love you. I love you so much. And I can’t believe that I would do something so stupid. You’re my whole world and I can’t lose you. I won’t lose you. I can get my things and we can go wherever and we can sort this out...” you began shaking your head as your tears fell and another sob threatened to overtake your body. You looked at him while you sobbed, overtaken by feelings of sentiment. “We can. We can fix this. I know we can.” Your head continued to shake, telling him no. Tears fell from his eyes more. “Baby please! We can! Just let me fix this! Let me! I can!”
“You can’t” you whispered. “You can’t fix this Hanbin. We can’t fix this. I can’t do this. I can’t forgive you.”
“Baby please. Please. Please!” He shook you, trying to make you understand. You shook your head.
“I can’t” you could barely speak.
“But I love you.” That’s what broke you. At the end that’s all love is. A word. A word that he’s said thousands of times. A word that means so much. Elicits so many indescribable feelings.
“I love you too. But soon I won’t. Soon I’ll forget about you and move on and find someone else. Someone who appreciates all I do for them. Someone who thinks more of that word than you do.” You stabbed him in the heart as you spoke. You could see the pain in his eyes but you couldn’t stop yourself; and to be quite frank, you didn’t care. You dug the knife deep, directly into his heart. And you left a scar that will be there forever. A scar, nowhere as big as the one he left you. You pushed him off you lightly and wiped your tears as he watched you. “Don’t call me or text me. Because I won’t reply. Don’t come looking for me because you won’t find me and if you do I’ll act as if I don’t know you. Because I don’t. I love you Hanbin. But I hate you more. And that will never change.” You looked at him one last time as his tears still hadn’t stopped. He was longing to hug you, to kiss you, to beg you to stay. But he knew that there was no point. He couldn’t do anything to stop this now. It was over and he knew it.
He watched you turn and walk away. He fell onto the ground once you were no longer in sight and he just sat there, staring down the end of the corridor. He didn’t move when he heard the ding of the elevator and the doors open. He didn’t move when he heard the doors close and it descend downwards. He didn’t even move when that girl walked quickly past him silently. He didn’t move. But you did. You walked straight out of there with your head held high. You walked out and didn’t look back. Because you don’t need someone like him. And you will find someone who will treat you right and love you with all your heart, just the way that you loved Hanbin. Because that is what you deserve.
This was easy because I’m a firm believer that men are trash. But in all seriousness, writing this was easy but it broke my heart. I love this goof and he’s just a sweetie-pie. If this ever happens he’ll definitely write a heartbreaking song about it. And he’ll text and call you so block him!
Hopefully Hanbin would never do this to his girlfriend because he seems like such an angel and I really do love him. The last paragraph was just me reaching out to all those people who have ever been cheated on or treated like shit by their partner. Keep your head up, you’ll find someone who knows what you’re worth.
Anyway I hope you liked this anon lol ( in other words, I hope it broke your heart!!!)
