This Beef Ramen recipe makes a comforting and filling meal with tender noodles, flavorful broth, and savory beef slices.
Ingredients: 2 packs of ramen noodles. 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 4 cups beef broth. 2 cups water. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, grated. 2 green onions, sliced. 2 eggs. 1 cup sliced mushrooms. 1 cup spinach leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put thinly sliced beef sirloin in a bowl and mix it with soy sauce and sesame oil. Wait 10 minutes. Boil water and beef broth in a big pot. Green onions, ginger, and garlic should be added to the pot. Allow it to cook for five minutes. Season the beef slices and add them to the pot. Cook for two to three minutes. In a different pot, boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes to make soft-boiled eggs. Gather ramen noodles, mushrooms, and spinach and put them in the pot. About 3 to 4 minutes, or until the noodles are soft. Take the pot off the heat once the noodles are done. Add pepper and salt to taste. Give each person a bowl of ramen. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Put one half in each bowl. Add the hot broth to the noodles and beef slices. If you want, you can add more sliced green onions as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
