So this is pretty cheesy, but I just did cardio exercise for the first time in weeks and I was so proud that I almost cried while I was doing it (though that was probably the PMS). I have a hard time leaving the house, almost none of my joints work properly, and all the pools are closed, so I have a very hard time finding ways to get cardio exercise. But this guy made me feel so genuinely encouraged and proud of even the super slow pace I went at.
