Am I the only one curious about the BAU pilot?

I mean they must have a pilot available at all times... they most likely call him/her in when they need to fly and the pilot needs to be there ASAP.

But what about when they’re working the case in another town? You think the pilot goes to casinos and plays poker while waiting for them in Vegas? Or does he/she just check into a motel and spend all that time there?

I NEED TO KNOW!!!!

watching season 1 & 2 of criminal minds: why does morgan get so angry and emotionally involved when the case involves children

big fan of that episode where the team rocks up in men in black suits and sunglasses and gideon's like "try to look less official" and in the next scene morgan's taken off his jacket, unbuttoned his shirt and rolled the sleeves up, elle has changed into a t-shirt and necklace meanwhile hotch (stickler for the rules and has never had fun) looks exactly the same - didn't even loosen his tie

i don't understand why people don't like gideon the man brought 97% of the comedy to the show
