Hm I think supers would both love it and yet be deathly afraid of it if their bat ranomly developed special healing because of course on one hand them getting hurt is far less scary, they'll be okay, they'll be fine. But also
When has a bat ever chosen to not push their own limits? And if it's a bat, you know the healing hurts with all the pain they'd feel from the injury, condensed into that time, because that's just their luck. Nothing without a cost. Except they won't view their own pain, that sickening sound as their bones realign only to crunch and be broken again, as a cost.
Seeing every single rib break, seeing them puncture those lungs, only for the person to scrape themself up off the concrete and throw themself at the enemy again a minute later... its horrifying even before its a loved one.
