i like the idea of percy using his abilities to like scratch away at the surface when he’s facing an enemy… and eventually something breaks past the surface and he realises he can latch onto the blood or ichor in his foe… and it feels good.

his iris’ slowly turn red or gold from their usual seagreen/blue and in his mind, he can see it. he can reach out and tug at it… pull it from them, drain it from them… make them suffer.

see how much misery misery can take…

but annabeth. his mom. grover. paul. his sister. his friends.

and he faints. every ounce of power in his body fades away and he’s reminded when he’s feeling that powerlessness that “some things shouldn’t be controlled”

I was today year old when I realized that Vlad King is actually connected to Dracula,,, i mean look his quirk is blood control and when you think of blood you remember vampires and when you think of vampires you remember Dracula, and the real figure of inspiration behind the dracula was an infamous king named Vlad the Impaler

Sekijiro Kan or Pro Hero Vlad King. I think he’s actually quite cute, he kinda reminds me of those English Bulldogs. His quirk allows him to use his blood as a weapon, he can also harden it at will as well as pull it back into his body. #12 PJO X one piece crossover

In this crossover, Percy needs a change of scenery. He broke up with Annabeth and became an ambassador for Poseidon. Who asks him to go to the one piece world to remind all of these devil fruit users who is the true power in this world. 

He tells Percy that he has two choices:

1) Become the pirate king 2) Decide who he wants to become the next pirate king (-- You choose your ending--)

But a reminder of Percy’s abilities compared to the one piece world, both canon and if you want your imagination to run a bit looser:

control over water 

control over different liquid forms

 control of blood 

 control of the different states of water 

speaking to sea animals 

speaking to horses and similar animals (aka Pegasus, zebras...etc)

 for one piece world control of sea stone I believe 

earthshaking powers 

weather control to a certain extent 

 controlling poison 

 vapor travel 

he can direct ships without thinking about it (aka internal navigator)

he doesn’t need a compass and simply know all coordinates in the sea

Some implications:

with controlling poison he can easily enter impel down

 talking to sea animals (and sea kings) it’s important for Poseidon weapon. And for a world filled with water it’s like the voice of all things

 controlling blood also means controlling body functions. So similar to Luffy how he pumps his blood to a certain area to make it work better... Percy theoretically can direct his blood and other body liquids to increase metabolism, speed, strength...etc

him controlling sea stone (or perhaps an alternate of solidified water handcuffs) he can stop any user

 since he controls the ship and can see the coordinates. He doesn’t need a log pose nor die she need a big group of pirates to help him.

Of course he is overpowered for one piece but that is honestly your power if you can control sea water 

(obviously he is also very fit and amazing swordsman)

SO how I imagine this to be: it can’t be serious, more on the funny side, he is traveling around to see who can be a good pirate king be, he fights people, makes friends and gets HIGH bounty. (AND IMAGINE HIM GOING TO FISHMAN ISLAND)
