Like, you still hate yourself, but it's this overwhelming sense of a "you are all my bitches and you belong to me, suck on my cock because you were all at my feet" type of feeling, the pride in knowing that anyone who has ever tried to fuck you up did not entirely succeed.

It feels dirty, but for a second you feel divine.

Hey fellow people with BPD I need some help. I've gotten to a point where I can identify when I'm in a manic state and when I'm splitting and I'm glad to be making progress and everything but I don't really know what to do to. Not be manic and to handle the splitting. I kinda just end up sitting here like "Okay. I realize that I am experiencing symptoms."

I don't have the money for medication right now and I don't have health insurance, though it's something I'm looking into, but in the meantime I would rather not have to just let it run its course because it sucks really bad. Any tips?
