Not having access to binders can lead to people either having to DIY, which can be done correctly and safely but also can be dangerous depending on the method, or be left with no options and be forced to have their breasts/chest be visible.

This is not about "protecting women", or "protecting children", or "christian values", and it never was. It is about enforcing conformity to the gender and sex binary.

If you have a lot of chest tissue and you feel better when it's contained but want to avoid wearing a binder or bra at home, I've found that regular 100% cotton (not stretchy) undershirts one size too small do the trick for me. I bought like 3 packs of 5 and wear them 25/7, even under my actual binder bc I feel like they help hold things in place a bit better and they absorb most of the sweat and oils from my body so my binder needs to be washed less frequently
