If I said I like the color orange someone would surely say “what’s wrong with blue” “why don’t you pray for green” “at least you didn’t say red” or “he’s your president too you know”. I’m a Hollywood republican (yes we exist), a Christian, a working mother who believes in stricter gun laws (PS that doesn’t mean I want every gun destroyed, just smarter laws to deter as much disaster as possible). Their healing is NOT your priority. How can you help someone else heal and love themselves if you don't make your own happiness a priority? It's always hard to see negative reviews. A negative review can wipe the creative juices from you but you can't please everyone. If one person doesn't like it there will be others who will. Writing isn't easy when you do it by the seat of your pants going with the flow and allowing the characters to direct it. But it doesn't change that a piece of your heart and soul went into the work. In case your wondering point of views are just that a person's point of view.
