!! GACHIAKUTA CHAPTER 156 SPOILERS !! — THOUGHTS AND THEORIES

The revelation that the concept of “god,” or at least, the word itself does not exist on the Ground is so interesting to me. A word that is ties to any religion no matter if they only worship one or many. Why was it erased on the Ground—or better yet, who erased it? Maybe an ancestor of Rudo? A Surebrec was one of the earliest known Giver with the Watchman Series. Though this also begs the question of whether all the Sphereites know of God, or if it’s only Rudo because of Regto.

Also, are these so-called Ancient Rulers the first ever Givers? If so, how did anima truly came to be? Then accumulating pollution from the trash rain? The despair people were feeling on the Ground? Or was it the unbreakable bond activated between a Giver and a jinki? How did it stay on the Ground? Why couldn’t the Sphere access it—because they’re not surrounded by an abundance of trash and pollution? Were the ancestors of Sphereites aware of this power, thus, created a systematic trash collection to avoid the possibility of creating Givers? Is it related tomthis god being, if so, how? Did they view it as blasphemy? Though, there really isn’t any indication (aside from 156) that a religion exist on the Sphere. The closest to a religion they honestly have is their collective interest and reverence about the Pit.

I’ve read a theory that Regto and Tamsy were planning on making Rudo into a god but Regto decided not to follow through as he saw the boy as his own, leading to his eventual demise. That would be sick if that’s the case—I had a similar theory before 156 dropped. That Rudo is kind of like Chuuya from Bungou Stray Dogs or Naruto with a god (or something nonhuman) occupying him. That could explain why the thing Semiu saw was nonhuman in nature. Plus, the hollowness he had felt before Regto stepped in. What this god-like creature is destined, I’m still not yet certain. Maybe the next Watchman to guard the Border? Or be the catalyst of the Sphere’s collapse?

Whatever the case may be, I’m hype for the next chapters! Especially now that Mymo accidentally destroyed his jinki while it was activated. I have always wondered what happens to a broken jinki, so I guess this answers it lol. Also, I can’t wait to see how Rudo will combine his and Gountess’ Watchman jinkis to be on a similar level to Mymo. Would he also change physically? Perhaps we will get a sneak peek of that darkness inside him. Also, I am wondering what role Too Lily have in this battle as she was shown still in the vicinity (plus seeing how her character design is a clear contrast to Angel Mymo)

Other than the fact that this chapter kinda ruined my self insert lore I fucken loved it. Learning more about the world of Gachiakuta is so gratifying and amazing! Anyways I have theories and questions: 1.) Rudo's damaged arms were squirming? I didn't know they could even move at all but it happened when Rudo was talking about how human's cant become gods. Are the reason his arms are like that because Alto tried to make him a god? A painful memory for Rudo Im sure, to constantly be reminded of what his biological father tried to do to him. But a good reminder, humans cannot become gods 2.) Information just dissolves in books, keeping people from the ground from learning anything about the past. I assume this only counts towards old scavenged books. Mymo used the choker maker to create a wide web just for himself so he could even learn about the existence of gods. Did the people of the past make it possible to erase history to protect the people of the future? Are they keeping something hidden for a good reason? Or a bad reason? Was the book watchman series the reason why the information on god's was erased? 3.) Is Rudo not only related to Canis Surebrec but also one of the ancients? Is that why Alto tried to make him into a god? I guess turning a child into a god would make them easy to manipulate but I think he failed and it broke his mind. Is that why Alto killed so many people? Could it be possible for him to still be alive like Rudo when he fell? Why did Rudo survive? Was it his connection to the ancients and Canis that let him survive the fall? 4.) What exactly are the gods of the Gachiakuta world? What did they do to cause there existence to be wiped out? Something happened in the past that caused this great divide between Heaven and Hell ( the sphere and the ground) I think that the watchman, the big being that Rudo was falling, was set there to prevent information from breaking through. He kills anyone that falls to keep the existing worlds separated and information cut off. This is interesting because its so much easier to fall than it is to fly and cross the barrier, not many groundings would try to see whats above the clouds. The sphere however throws people down all the time, it makes me wonder who's information is more important to keep restricted.
