These low carb Jack cheese chips are a delicious and crunchy keto-friendly snack perfect for dipping. They are easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients: 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Take small portions of the cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each portion. Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon to form thin discs. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes to allow the cheese chips to harden. Serve with your favorite keto-friendly dip and enjoy!
