Watching Hunter: The Parenting, because I miss playing old World of Darkness and all the people I played it and New World of Darkness (and could play the new Edition and Exalted) have all either moved on to other games or other cities, and I'm quite enjoying both the amazing weirdness of the Old 2nd Edition Revised and that I remember most of the terminology and factions.

White Wolf has had such a weird history, with Onyx Path taking the games to Kickstarter after the publishing company went defunct, and then Paradox buying the IP and potentially putting out Bloodlines 2 (of which is there is no goodwill or hope left in the Internet, which is suitable for the World of Darkness), and I'm glad to see people who were a part of it in the early 2000s and earlier reviving it.

I never watched Emperor TTS, so I miss a lot of the references tho who the Hunter Family are, but I genuinely enjoy the humour enough and have enough passing familiarity to 40K to pick out who is who.

I miss Mage. Too bad I don't like Actualplays of tabletop games, or their Mage game would be something interesting.

Cod Zombie Rant moment! My make this into a series. Oops :>

Personal peez of mine: Primis Nikolai has so much more character than people think he does. Like, my man used to drink until he stopped and try to get better himself! He stopped drinking and he gotten better in time, but then Krovi happened. The final stage of his grief, which is acceptance. That's why the EE cut scene of Krovi is so important, that was completed fucked over in BO4.

Because of BOTD, Nikolai was never truly allowed to confront with his grief and was then thrusted into a position of leadership without going through and accepting his grief. He was put into a position that called for him to kill the people he feels close with, and I feel like ALOT of people forget that.

What alot of people also tend to forget is that, Primis Nikolai isn't Ultimis Nikolai. They are the same person, but led different lives and times. Ultimis Nikolai continued to drink and never thought to confront his wife's untimely passing or thought to try and better himself. It wasn't until Krovi that we learn that the two Nikolai's share that same pain of losing the one good thing that came into their life, that was taken away from them to soon.

They both had to confront what had happened, but Ultimis Nikolai didn't want to accept it yet. He wasn't ready to admit that he lost someone he loved. It was Primis Nikolai who was the one to show that truth to him, and it ultimately had him metaphoriticly(and litterly) kill the version of himself that wanted to stay in his ways do to his own ability to let go.
