ive been working on a page for my fallout ocs, and i wanted to start putting up some icons for them while refs are in progress. first batch is my player characters!

this has been chillin in my folder for awhile so finally wrapped it up. forgot tho tumblr doesnt like longways posts so i had to break it up weirdly.
ANYWAY some time ago id talked with friends about my fallout player character’s different motivations/self-perceptions despite all being played good-aligned and then decided to draw it out simply because having some sort of lineup is nice too.
Hey there, I just discovered your art and I love it. You have such a fun Art style. So I have a question, the Vault Dweller, how did he defeat the Master? Did he talk him into killing himself or did he kill him. And the Courier, did he kill Benny? And what faction did he side with. I can only assume not the Legion. I mean, who likes the Legion?

with the master, buck (my vault dweller) and katja killed him with some good ol’ fashioned teamwork and a lot of panicked screaming. buck has the charisma of a toad, so there was no way he could talk his way out of it lol. dogmeat was also there but too injured to fight.
and for my courier lincoln, she reluctantly killed benny- she’s not the vengeful type, but having gone to caesar’s camp alone felt there was no other option, unfortunately. despite everything, she feels really guilty about it. and for factions, she went independent! was initially ncr-leaning but after learning more felt they werent best for new vegas. but yea definitely not the legion haha. (will say they have a nice aesthetic tho)

9. How much do they care about their outer appearance? What’s their “beauty routine”? How often do they shower/ bathe?
lincoln’s job as courier kinda gets in the way of things, sometimes you just gotta accept that there’s gonna be sand everywhere and the most you can do til you get to the next big town with decent water is clean the dirt from under your fingernails.
that said,
it’s nice to take a break and get all gussied up once in awhile!
20. Do they have any hobbies? What are they?
she’s the sentimental sort, and likes to collect things. a bit of a hoarder actually. after losing most of her memory after being shot, this got amped up a little; gotta have all these mementos so she wont lose anything else.
