This Ultimate Potato Salad is a tasty and creamy side dish that's great for any event, like a picnic or a barbecue. When Yukon Gold potatoes, tangy dressing, and fresh herbs come together, they make a salad that everyone will love.
Ingredients: 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar. 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill. 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: To make potatoes tender, boil diced potatoes for about 10 to 12 minutes. Let it cool down after draining. Put the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, dill, chives, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss the cooled potatoes in the bowl with the dressing until they are well covered. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so the flavors can mix. If you want, you can add more dill and chives as a garnish before serving.
