【オンラインクラス　寝る前のヨガ】 「あのまま寝ていたかったー！」 何度レッスンの後に耳にしたことか！ いつも 「ごめんなさいね。」 と言うしかなくて辛かったのですが、オンラインクラスを立ち上げるとなったときに、 「オンラインだったら、あの皆さんの想いが実現できるじゃないか！」 と一気にテンションが上がった、一番最初に思いついたプログラムです。 期待通り、皆さん思い思いの格好で、とてもリラックスして楽しんでくださっているようです。 生徒さんからはいつもインスピレーションと学びをいただいています。ありがとうございます。 これからも楽しんでいただけるよう、心を込めてお伝えしていきたいと思います。 【Online Class -Yoga Before Bed】 "I wanted to sleep more after Savasa! (final relaxation pose at the yoga class)" How many times have I heard after lessons at my yoga class! I had to say all the time "Oh I am so sorry." Therefore, when I started planning to launch an online class, I was excited, "Their dream can come true online!" So, this class is the very first program idea in my online class. As I expected, every participant enjoys in a very relaxed way. Thank you, my students, for always giving me inspiration and learning.
