Ingredients: 4 pork chops, bone-in, about 1 inch thick. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 teaspoons garlic powder. 2 teaspoons onion powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 large eggs. 2 tablespoons milk. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Spread out the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish. To make the breading, mix it well. To make an egg wash, whisk eggs and milk together in a different bowl. For each pork chop, coat it completely in the seasoned flour. Get rid of any extra flour.
