Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon honey. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary to the pork chops. Warm up the olive oil in a skillet that can go in the oven over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for two to three minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Add chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and honey to a small bowl and mix them together and whisk. Spread the mustard mix on top of the pork chops in the pan. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pork reaches 145F 63C inside. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool down for a few minutes. Add some chopped fresh parsley on top, and serve the pork chops with your favorite sides.
