Noms:
Breakfast: 2 nuggets of thawed spinach, 1 medium banana, 1 mango = smoothie
Lunch: baby shrimp and veggie stir fry mix seasoned with seasoned salt and tex mex
Snack: dried cranberries and almonds
Dinner: seasoned/buttered veggies with 2 strips of honey chicken and 2 strips of montreal chicken
Protein Shake: 1/2 serving of whey isolate with water
Exercise: CROSSFIT: Fight Gone Bad...ish - 3 rounds as many as you can in a minute of wall balls, KB High-Pull, Box Jumps, DB Push Press and row. Warm up same as always!
