Kabul Dreams - Sadae Man 2010
Kabul Dreams is a rockband from Afghanistan, established in 2008 in Kabul. The band has paved the way for a modest but growing rock scene in Afghanistan, rebuilding itself after decades of war. The band's motivation to perform came from their own love for music, but also from a public hunger for a new life after war – a life that included new music and art. Kabul Dreams plays music in both English and Dari; one of Afghanistan's native languages. The song "Sadae Man" ("My Voice") is about the importance of Afghanistan's youth having a collective voice.
All of the band members were born in Afghanistan, but they were displaced to neighboring countries as refugees during the Taliban reign. After the fall of the Taliban regime, the band members returned to Afghanistan and met each other in Kabul. Their musical influences include Sex Pistols, Metallica, Nirvana and Oasis. In 2014, the band relocated to Oakland, California to grow their presence in the American music scene.

(I'm not entirely sure this is Dari. It sounds something like "How are you?" in Dari, but I don't speak it. Correct me if I'm wrong, whoever knows better).
Why else do we know he speaks Dari? Because we have his S.H.I.E.L.D. file:
While this file contains many inaccuracies such as his height, weight, hair color, education, and address, the languages he speaks are mostly confirmed by the movies.
I said "mostly" because a) the creators of this file forgot the scene in IM2 where he speaks French; and b) the films don't confirm that he speaks Italian. But that doesn't mean he doesn't speak it, he just hasn't had the opportunity to do so. So we can add Italian to the list.
With one big BUT:
Remember, he doesn't use Italian in his everyday speech. He's never, EVER used it in the movies (or any extras). He's never used any "Bambino." Please stop using it in your fanfics (unless it's some Italian mafia AU or something). Also, there's no evidence that he has even a drop of Italian blood. It's just fanon with no canon basis.
Languages Tony doesn't speak:
While this cannot be said for Tony's entire life, as language is a skill that can be acquired, we can nevertheless draw conclusions about some languages that were likely not on his list.
Russian
He's interacted with enough Russian characters that we can tell he doesn't speak their language. If he had, we'd probably have heard it at least once, especially with Vanko, who wasn't very fluent in English.
Latin
Btw, Pepper was wrong in this scene. This guy speaks Latin.
Urdu & Arabic

From this SMH scene in India, it's pretty clear that there's a bit of a language barrier between Tony and the locals, so it's safe to assume he doesn't speak Hindi and they don't speak English very well.
Conclusion: Tony definitely speaks English, French, and Spanish. He probably speaks Dari and Italian. He most likely never spoke Russian, Latin, Urdu, Arabic, Hungarian, or Hindi.
I was feeling like my black characters were looking too same-y so I drew some of them out and really tried to differentiate them. Dalton especially. That guy has had me struggling for so long man. I still dont like his hair style but I do like the braids and I like his facial features. I have yet to figure him out 😔
