Four months between posts, not too shabby neighbor. This is my contribute for MerMay. Just imagine all the characters are mermaids, idc. I plan on coming up with a multi-chapter story on these two (maybe Eclipse too, we'll see how it works out..) but this is not their designs, they will be much more humanoid, their concept art and story is in the works! In the meantime, take this and some more things from my more put together AUs!!

FOR THE FIRST PART OF THIS

HERE ARE SOME COLORED DESIGNS OF OUR HOSTS SUNSHINE AND MOONLIGHT

BRIGHT BASIC SHAPES AND COLORS THAT'LL POP OFF FROM THE BACKGROUNDS. THIN OUTLINES OR SOLID SHAPES LIKE OTHERE CHARACTERS IN LATE 90S, EARLY 2000S PRESCHOOL SHOWS.

CHARACTER SHEETS

IF YOU DIDN'T READ THE FIRST POST I WANTED TO TRY WRITING THESE SHOW WITH MORE DIVERSITY, SO I WROTE OUR CHARACTERS WITH DIFFERENT DISABILITIES.

SUNSHINE HAS ADHD, A HAPPY PLAYFUL LIL BEAN WHO LOVES THEIR BESTIE MOONLIGHT.

MOONLIGHT HAS ASD, THEY'RE A LOT QUIETER AND CALMER THAN THEIR SUNNY FRIEND BUT LOVE WHEN THEY GET TO PLAY PRETEND TOGETHER.

(I HAVE A FEW MORE CHARACTERS IN THE WORKS FOR THIS AU)

BACKGROUNDS/SETTING

THE MAIN SETTING IS THE DAYCARE, JUST LIKE IN A REAL DAYCARE THERE ARE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES AND THINGS TO DO.

FOR LEARNING LESSONS (SHAPES, LETTERS, ETC.) WILL MOSTLY TAKE PLACE IN THE PLAY CIRCLE WHERE SUNSHINE IS STANDING.

THE PLAY CIRCLE WILL HAVE MANY DIFFERENT USES IN THE SHOW, IF YOU LOOK AROUND THE MAP THERE ARE LOTS OF FUN THINGS AND LOCATIONS THAT CAN BE LOTS OF FUN FOR DIFFERENT LESSONS AND INTERACTIONS
