PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. LET ME FREE. LET ME WRITE. PLEASE. I NEED TO. LET ME FREE. PLEASE. PLEASE.
boundaries are the most direct way for you to protect your energy. make them clear for your sake. if they aren't, people will just keep taking more and more, not maliciously, but because they won't know when you need space or when you are feeling depleted. creating boundaries is a proactive way of designing your life. to help maintain your inner and outer vibrancy, you must decide with clarity who and what can enter your space and when. boundaries are not about being overly strict or mean; they are about using your awareness of what is genuinely good for you to build a sanctuary that supports your growth. in a world where there is a constant battle for your attention and a potentially overwhelming amount of information, you need proper digital and in-person boundaries to support your mental health.
Yung Pueblo - the way forward
Not meant to be
I’ve always thought life should be a fairytale.
Where your happy and get the things you want.
I didn’t expect it to be easy.
I just thought it would happen eventually.
But I sit watching the lives of people, women to be exact.
Watching them through a portal I hold in my hand constantly.
I envy.
I envy.
I envy.
I wish like most people.
I wish on stars, throw coins into fountains, & pick up lucky pennies on the ground.
Anything to better my chances.
I sit and wait.
Nothing happens.
I wait again.
Nothing still.
Maybe I’m not meant to fall in love.
Maybe I’m not meant to have children.
Maybe I’m not meant to be happy.
I’m constantly reminded of my hopes and dreams.
I wonder where on earth did I go wrong.
I sulk in my own darkness.
Atleast when I’m there I don’t disappoint myself.
Maybe in all truthfulness it’s not meant to be.
Depleted Heart
It’s all my fault—everything. I carry the weight of my choices, the mistakes I made, and I’m left with nothing but this deep, aching regret. I want to truly apologize, not just with words, but with the sincerity of someone who has reached their limit. I surrender.
My heart, once full of hope and love, is now depleted. I’m exhausted, utterly drained by the reality that stares me down. The truth is undeniable—I’m not your safe space. I’m not even safe for myself. The person I’ve become is a shadow of who I wanted to be, and I can no longer pretend otherwise.
Please, I beg you, be kind to yourself. Let this be the end. Stop interacting with me because I’m too broken, too lost to continue this dance of pain. I don’t have the strength to keep bringing this up, to keep trying when every part of me is screaming to stop. I am worn out, tired beyond words, and I surrender.
In this moment, I accept that some things are beyond saving. My depleted heart can’t carry this burden any longer. I’m letting go, not out of malice, but because I care too much to keep hurting you, hurting us both. This is my final plea—for both of us to find peace, apart from the pain we've shared
I have officially begun my autism diagnosis process
And I am satisfied to have gotten this far in life. At the same time, I'm in an autistic burnout and can barely function and am still learning to care about myself and how to put myself first. In an effort to try to familiarize myself with criteria, please feel free to ask me how or if I think the following characters are autistic. By comparing their traits to the diagnostic criteria, I will be able to make an official headcanon, or I will realize that they are not actually autistic but simply vibe with the lifestyle or something.
Autistic-coded characters in Bojack Horseman:
• Mr. Peanutbutter
• Todd
• Judah
• Charlie Whiterspoon
• Hollyhock
Please ask me my thoughts on these characters/why I think they are autistic to give me the motivation to look at the Diagnostic Criteria for Autism and help both of us get to the bottom to see if these characters are actually autistic or no
Learn to be More Self-Sufficient:
Consider this: Living things, like humans, consume food and water to survive. When we can no longer buy what we need to survive, will we revert to savagery, die or peacefully and lawfully raise and gather our own? With each passing day, the world gets crazier and more volatile. In a serious national or global food shortage, where will you get your food when your sources and stockpile have been depleted? When that last "straw" breaks the camel's back, don't be caught unprepared.
Pillars of Preparedness
Upon these Pillars of Preparedness, we build our fortress against the unknown. Let the storms rage and the world tremble; with these pillars as our foundation, we shall stand unshakable, unbreakable, and unbowed. For in preparedness lies not just survival, but the chance to thrive in the face of adversity. So let us raise these pillars high, and stand tall upon them—for the future belongs to those who are prepared. 1 - Water and Food, are the bedrock of survival. Learn to harness the power of the earth through gardening and permaculture, ensuring a bountiful harvest even in the leanest of times. Master the art of water collection and purification, for when the taps run dry, the prepared shall still quench their thirst. And when the wild calls, the skill of foraging will be your compass, guiding you to nature’s hidden treasures. 2 - Food Storage and Preservation. A well-stocked pantry is a bulwark against hunger, so stockpile with wisdom and strategy. But food is fleeting, so we must also wield the tools of preservation—canning, drying, and freezing—to stretch the bounty of today into the scarcity of tomorrow. And through diligent rotation, we keep our stores ever-ready, ever-fresh. 3 - Medical Preparedness and First Aid are our shield against the ravages of injury and disease. With first aid training, we become the calm in the center of the storm, ready to mend the broken and heal the sick. We turn to the wisdom of the earth, harnessing the power of natural remedies to fortify our bodies and minds. And with meticulously crafted emergency medical kits, we stand ever-ready to face the unexpected. 4 - Home Safety, Security, and Communications are our castle walls against the chaos outside. We fortify our homes, making them impregnable to those who would do us harm. In a world where the grid may falter, we ensure our lines of communication stand strong and true. And in an economy shaken to its core, we forge new paths, mastering the art of bartering and alternative exchange. 5 - Energy Independence and Grid Resilience are our beacons in the darkness. We harness the power of the sun, the wind, and the earth itself, crafting a web of alternative energy that cannot be broken. We shield our precious electronics against the specter of EMP, ensuring our lifelines stand firm. And through the art of conservation, we stretch our energy reserves to their utmost, making each precious drop count. 6 - Community and Emotional Support is the mortar that binds all the others together. In times of strife, we turn inward, mastering the arts of stress management and mindfulness to weather the tempest within. We forge unbreakable bonds with our families, learning to communicate and cooperate like a well-oiled machine. And we reach outward, building networks of support and exchange with our neighbors, for in unity there is strength. It is not enough to hoard food and water and supplies. They won't last forever. Applying methods to self-replenish these resources are necessary for anyone serious about emergency planning.
