TGIF! Tonight’s meal is a wagyu zabuton from @eatschuchmannmeat seasoned with only salt and pepper cooked in a @lodgecastiron skillet with garlic, butter and rosemary. The steak was served with bacon wrapped asparagus, cheese stuffed mushrooms and mashed potatoes. I cooked some salmon for the ladies in the house. Good eats! Steak night! Check out these beautiful wagyu ribeyes from @eatschuchmannmeat seared to perfection in the @beefer_usa served with Schuchmann cheese stuffed mushrooms and @meatchurch garlicky mashed potatoes.
