5 shoes for children, from various expansion packs
I wanted the fuzzy boots for kids, so now everything else up there is available for kids too, lol.
ℹ️ There are two versions within some packages. The one marked "req$EP" requires that specific EP as it references the adult textures from it. The other version is basegame compatible.

For the first time ever, I wanted to use this top, only to discover that EA didn’t account for the 1st channel showing underneath the gradient between the 2nd and 3rd channels. Luckily, it was a very simple fix.
This is a default replacement, it requires the Generations EP. The only thing edited is the mask, so it won’t interfere with recategorizers or mesh edits, if you have any. It applies to both teen and YA/A, as they share textures. Presets are unchanged.
The Ultimate CAS Catalog Overhaul - for real this time!
@lorasandolasbycz asked:
Hi! I love that you made ridiculous sims 3 outfit hiders. Is the procedure with putting them in and getting them to work just the standard? Put the package in sims 3>mods>packages ? For some reason the ridiculous outfits are still in my game. Thanks a bunch!
Well this turned out significantly longer than I anticipated 😂 I did notice that those hiders weren’t working anymore for some reason, but figured it was just my game being pissy, so I left them up and went through ALL sim CAS items again to reorganize them (it was long overdue anyway). This is what I’ll be posting here. It’s a long-ass post, so check under the cut for details.
This applies for all EPs minus ITF, and for HELS. Also I did not initially mean to share these, so only the hairs have previews (because I gave them custom thumbnails). All of them are default replacements, meaning you need to have the EPs/SP for them to do anything. You can put them in any folder you want, as long as it’s under Mods\Packages.

Hair retextures
The hair retextures are only for the hairstyles I decided to keep! Not all hairstyles are retextured! No, I won’t be doing more. Yes, you can use my textures to retexture your own. Yes, I kept the mullet hair from the Basegame. Who do you take me for?

IMG edits
I use these alongside other IMG and mesh edits: [x], no UL stencils, [x], [x], [x], [x], [x], [x], [x].
Basegame: a merged version of all my texture edits: 1, 2, 3, 4.
Ambitions: this edit for the low-level stylist outfit: 1.
Island Paradise: stencil-less version of the male vest, plus this: 1.
Late Night: a few specular edits, a stencil-less version of the muscle shirt, plus this specular edit: 1.
Showtime: specular edits of two dresses.
University Life: stencil-less version of the male hoodie, plus this: 1.
CASP edits
Recategorizers and hiders for sim CAS content - tops, bottoms, outfits, shoes, accessories -, all ages. Open each package in S3PE and use S3OC to see which item is which; there are over 1.5k entries so I have no time to go through every one of them again. At most I can show you how part of my catalog looks (see photoset above). Note that I also use Nraas Master Controller to compress the catalog so that only one preset is displayed.
Pets Riding Leggings Edit (BottomEP5RidingPants)
This is an edit that gives all the channels the same color (the mask is intact so they can still be recolored as usual) and rearranges the presets so that the all-black one is first. It comes with EA-match thumbnails to reflect the color changes. It applies to both genders, teen-elder.
Continuing from @packagedblyss‘s work (shoutout!), here are dressers from the expansion packs (minus ITF)! As opposed to the smaller desks, these dressers truly are 1-tile only and this time I kept their original presets.
The most challenging part were the vanity-type dressers since moving the vertices of the parts where the mirrors connected to the “body” would screw up the UV map, so I had to resize them with that in mind. The mirrors ended up quite small for the sake of maintaining proportions, but I think they would look cute as toys for kids! I normally place armchairs beside them anyway 🙂
There are 16 dressers, from all EPs (minus ITF) and HELS.
Details
- all the dressers are basegame compatible;
- they be found in the same categories as the original dressers;
- they cost roughly 50% of their 2-tile counterparts;
- the Egypt dresser actually had a hidden third stencil, which is a combination of the other 2. I enabled it and added a fourth preset, with recolorable handles;
- I included 2 variations of the Late Night wardrobe: one as tall as the original, and a shorter one.
Hi again! I remembered Blyss’s 1-tile dressers and thought “why not try this with desks?”. A lot of desks (especially the basegame ones) look too wide and, when placed to the left of a bed, don’t allow sims to use that bed if another sim is using the desk. So. Much. Arm. Waving. So, I made the meshes smaller and adjusted the bounding boxes and the placement of the slots. They still show up as 2-tile objects, but they’re 65% the length of the original desks (I tried making them 1-tile but most clipped with some chairs and didn’t look good).
Edit: I forgot to mention—there are 17 desks!
Routing
- If placed next to a bed, sims will be able to use the bed while another sim is using the desk (2-tile desks don’t allow this if placed on the left side of the bed).
- You can place two desks right next to each other and sims will be able to walk between them (though only if there’s no other route).
Details
- all the desks are basegame compatible;
- can be found in the same categories as the original desks;
- they cost roughly 50% of their 2-tile counterparts;
- some desks come with 3 custom presets (the ones which I really hate the original presets to). You can see them in the previews;
- the Dorm Desk from UNI actually had both an overlay and a stencil enabled at the same time for the books, so I left the overlay for one preset and the stencil for another;
- they don’t interfere with the regular desks.
Generations ‘Bent Color Spectrum’ sculpture as lamp
I was looking for the treats that Imaginary Friends eat and came across this wall decor which I thought would be cute as a lamp for the kids’ room. So now your sims can use it as a lamp :) It can be found under Sort by Room \ Wall Lamps, costs $35, has one recolorable channel (the clouds), and can be shifted up and down the wall.
This mod disables Sims from autonomously setting booby traps on household objects like computers, showers or chairs. claudiasharon already made a mod for this, but her version doesn’t contain the tuning for the holo computer.
Requires Generations. Made for patch 1.63 and above.
Seasons Easter eggs: they’ve proven to be more work than I expected and I may have to redo the textures completely (possibly vector them). At worst I will either release unrecolorable versions, or not release them at all, because I can’t in good conscience put out something I wouldn’t use in my own game.
No-railing skating rinks: still working on trying to make them recolorable, trying some pointers I’ve kindly received here (thank you!). Will release them in a few days no matter the result, because I’ve promised to.
