For the fandom ask, it has to be Crimson Peak
Send me a fandom and I’ll tell you my:
blorbo (favorite character, character I think about the most)
I mean, I'm pretty balanced with- [coat falls open and hundreds of pictures of Lucille spill out]
um
those aren't. those aren't mine.
scrunkly (my “baby”, character that gives me cuteness aggression, character that is So Shaped)
THE DOG. BEST OF BOYS. SO FLUFFY; SO GOOD. LUCILLE JUST BROKE HIS LEG AND THEN GOT DISTRACTED OKAY HE'S FINE
scrimblo bimblo (underrated/underappreciated fave)
Why is Edith so underrated? I have no idea. She's not, outside the fandom, but within the fandom she mostly seems to be a blank slate for people to project themselves onto so they can romance Thomas-Senpai.
Or a Pure, Innocent Angel To Be Corrupted.
While I'm all in for making Edith worse...she has a personality, guys. She's a delicate, golden steamroller; she's a thing that happens to people, even under positive circumstances, and I love her for that.
In conclusion: we stan a chaotic goth queen.
glup shitto (obscure fave, character that can appear in the background for 0.2 seconds and I won’t shut up about it for a week)
All of the domestic staff shown, collectively. They must all be wondering what the fuck is going on with these people.
Annie, the Cushings' maid, is BFFs with one of the hotel maids Edith meets briefly. They meet regularly to make bets on what bizarre circumstance will befall the Buffalo elite next.
And I'm convinced Finlay knows about the murders and just has ceased to give any kind of shit.
poor little meow meow (“problematic”/unpopular/controversial/otherwise pathetic fave)
Thomas. Oh, Thomas. So sweet. Such a spineless coward who's so self-centered that murder only bothers him enough to speak up when he has a personal stake in the intended victim.
Aw, look, he cares more about making sure Edith knows HE didn't murder Beatrice than standing up for Lucille. Bless.
horse plinko (character I would torment for fun, for whatever reason)
Alan. Not seriously; I do like him. But just by making him put up with more Edith Shenanigans.
eeby deeby (character I would send to superhell)
The Parents Sharpe. Jessica Chastain thinks they're the real villains, at bottom, and while I don't excuse the Sharpes' actions...well, without the horrific child abuse, none of this would have happened.
