After taking a long break I finally got back to working out today and even though I thought I might not make it through this super long work out and almost quit a couple times, I kept going! Each and every song made me want to stay and see what was next. It was totally worth it and I am so thankful that I was able to finish the work out. I started my journey with @getsupernatural over a year ago and I am so thankful for not just the physical but also the mental and emotional help this gave my brain! I tried something new last night. This is a vegan queso made with mostly peppers. I used it with melted goat cheese and organic black beans and guacamole on my cassava tortilla chips to make nachos and it was super yummy! This is not going to taste like traditional queso but for those of us who cannot have queso and miss it this is a wonderful treat! It has happened! Aphids have invaded my strawberries! And yes, I’ve used the African black soap and washed them and I was just so frustrated that I continued to battle them, that I finally brought in ladybugs. An adult ladybug can eat up to 50 aphids a day! But I ended up with so many that took over so quickly and the aphids continued to just multiply. It’s all about balance. So after doing a little research I learned that you can help keep aphids away by partner planting and bringing in chives, cilantro, dill, mint and catnip! For those of you who are using seeds that Gardyn provides, this makes it quite easy as you should already have some of these things growing potentially in your Gardyn.
