*nights out V nights out* From my nans curtains to a white clingy dress! 😬 I didn’t lose weight for anyone but ME! I had a lot of my friends say the classic “but your fine as you are, I don’t think you need to lose weight” but I ignored them as I wasn’t doing it for them. Then when I hit my goal and lost 3 stone those same friends said “well I don’t remember you being THAT big before” 🙄 Cheers! 😂 What I’m trying to say is, don’t change you for anyone else. If you want to lose weight, good for you! If you don’t, good for you! Everyone is different. The 1:1 diet may not be for everyone, a lot of people call it a FAD diet. To be fair I was probably one of them way back when. 😳 but it’s worked for me, it’s worked for thousands of other men & women too - don’t judge others way of doing things for them even if you don’t agree with the way they do it.
