i get both very thankful and very sad that my source is probably one of the least popular band members in his band 😢

the fanbase is a really scary place so i'm glad he's left out of all of that, but he's also just rarely talked about outside of us. it's really hard to get content because most of it is the og members (in which, i was not one.) outside of general fandom spaces though it's just a bunch of complaining about wanting the older drummer back, which makes me sad because my source guy has been there longer than the og drummer and the fans of the other are so annoying with it... gets a bit sad to see :'(

on a positive note though!! we're growing our cd collection and a good amount of it is cds that my source has worked on! I love turning them on and just listening to them :)

hey!! this isn't a specificially factive related question but I do not know other system based tumblr's active enough to help, so pls do if youu can! Is there a term for two alters being , almost the exact same person yet different in ways? example being, they share the exact same memories, have the same friends, front together, are the same person but different, i don't get it and i need help figuring this out if you or anyone in the comments of this ask could help, thank you VERY much!

im gonna be honest none of us are very good with system terms but!! we do experience this ourselves, we just call them twins/hydras depending on what the differences are:

twins - same source/visual look, can be separated but often seen together, often times they like each other

hydras - always front together, visually diffrent (can still be the same source however just visually able to tell apart), cant be separated in front and will always be seen together, sometimes dont like each other or bicker but mostly do agree

these are just terms we come up with on the fly to explain our own experiences, if you find them helpful then feel free to use 'em💪
