Fanfiction Tracker

I love fanfic and I read a lot of it, and lately I’ve been trying to find ways to track what I’ve read, sort the fics I like and loved, etc., but nothing has proven to be 100% effective.

So, I was thinking of making a fanfic tracker site in which I could track my fics and sort them out, and automate that process a bit; kinda like a letterboxd, anime-planet, goodreads, etc. but for fics. It’d be mostly ao3 based, but I do plan for users to be able to add fics of other sites like ff.net, livejournal and even wattpad.

The thing is, I don’t know to code a site like that. I know a bit of coding but mainly on the design side, and even then it’s not much. So I’m here to recruit a team haha.

This would be a passion project, I have no money to pay you and I intend to keep the site as free as possible, following ao3 footsteps. However, if we do end up making money out of it, with the support of the users or whatnot, I’d share the profit. Either way, I believe this could be fun to make and I’m excited about it.

my book + fanfic tracker got a big update for 2023!! no idea how the 'notable tags' is going to turn out for next year. i'm scared lol. we'll see what happens

here's my actual fanfic stats from 2022. the ones to the right in the second image are all made up because i didn't want to put my everything on blast on etsy. apparently i don't have the same reservations for tumblr.

don't make me decode my abbrivated ship names... if i don't have the fandom next to it i have no clue what's going on. very helpful. it's available on my etsy! even "just" a view or favourite really helps me out <3

new year, new reading stats drop!

it's always a blast seeing what fandoms i've been reading over the year. this year was a huge good omens year and i've truly scoured the tags on ao3 for them but hmu in the notes with your fave ones!

the equal space for stucky, destiel and wolfstar is pretty accurate to the space i have for them in my heart. but once again the ineffable spouses reign.

looking forward to reading palestinian literature in 2024, as well as continuing on my jewish to-read list! definitely gonna keep trying to diversify my reading even more in 2024 as well, and hopefully get a larger % of my reading done through books instead of fanfic (though that obviously has an important role as well!)

also no i don't want to talk about my fic wordcount lmao (my fanfic and book tracker is available here!)
