so i have been reading a lot of rwby fanfiction with jaune arc as the main character however i hate harem all of them are harem i hate it with burning passion i feel like it ruins everything and adds nothing to the story but that's just me enjoy what you want to enjoy

So i thought hey what if i just do this

Jaune arc as king arthur from fate

Start:

As we all know king arthur is the once and future king of britain who died at the hands of his son mordred and as we know in the prototype universe mordred is a boy however in pan-human history mordred is a girl and i really really like the girl version who isn't a yandere like the male version

We start off with jaune as arthur at the time where mordred kills him but she didn't succeed and she died instead of course arthur saddened by the outcome after all the body he is holding is his child what kind of parent wouldn't be saddened with the death of their child ,

arthur heartbroken that the child he so tried to protect from the throne, the child he wasn't allowed to love died by his hands, wish that there was a way to meet her again a chance to love and watch her grow away from the war away from the crown away from the witch he calls his sister and his wish was heard by the very consciousness of humanity alaya and then alaya spoke

" tell me ,oh great king of knights, if i do grant your wish, are you ready to walk through hell just for you to meet this child again?"

"Yes i would go to hell and back, i-i would allow myself to be ripped the part just.....p-please let me see t-this child grow let me love this child j-just give me a chance to say i am proud of her please"

" well then i hope this time you don't fail good night oh king of knights"

Arthur fell asleep and then woked up as jaune arc and thanks to this jaune actually know's swords work and has a backbone and isn't a bit flirty but at his core he is still a good man

Now he went to beacon as a way to widen his horizon by making allies that can help him in finding mordred of course the letter is still fake mostly because his family doesn't allow him to go to beacon but thanks to him being experienced no one not even ozpin knows that the letters were fake it was only discovered after the team initiation now this is where we diverge from the timeline beacon still falls but pyrrha didn't die just heavily injured and compromise so she is staying at the hospital for now other than that nothing much change the others still dies and beacon needs to be abandoned as it is overrunned

Everyone went home to their families but all decided to meet at tintagel jaune hometown thanks to the abundance of hunters the town is fairly safe so they can use it as a base of operation to plan their next move

"Wow,jaune your town is so pretty!" Ruby excitedly said as everyone looked around they could see stunning views of the ocean and jaw dropping cliffs with the town houses being somewhat old style it's like stepping into a fairy tail of old knights and kings"yup this is a good place to just walk around and and let the wind blow away bad thoughts and with the ocean being nearby the ports have a lot of boats so if we ever need to go somewhere we can just boat there" jaune explained who the smile on his face clearly have missed being home for a long time and with he's now holding so similar with his past birthplace this place is filled with memory both from his past life and current life but they don't need to know that

" let's go to my house first so that we can get you guys settled in the journey must be tiring" jaune said as you look at the faces of his friends clearly tired of what has happened at beacon and the journey they took from here" but are you sure there would be enough room for all of us" our resident ice queen said as she clear didn't think there would be enough room for all six of them

" don't worry i have seven sisters there will be in a room for all of us and i have also given my parents a heads up they cleared out a room for us so we can use it as a meeting place to plan out our next moves" jaune reassured his friends as they continue down outside the town as the walking talk a mansion came into view

"Hey vomit boy you didn't told us you live in a mansion?!" Yang said clear bewildered at how big dimension is, Nora excitedly said" hey fearless leader you're going to serve us delicious food right right?!" Ren tried to come nora as she is now shaking their leader violently, jaune just laugh and assured that everyone will have a good time

Now once everyone settled in and at the meeting hall Qrow was discovered to be following them to ensure that nothing bad happen to them and then give them knowledge of a underground facility doing experiments at first it was nothing just a few experiments on rats and small animals and then they start experimenting on children and then they caught a wind of how the scientist they're started experimenting using dna from multiple student at bacon the like of which are jaune and his friends dna

And Orow wanted them to help raid the underground lab so that they could save the children that were taken amd see what does pesky scientist want to do with the dna that they have taken

Jaune hearing this thought this must be where he's going to meet his child maybe at the lab mordred will be there and after careful planning there are going there the day after tomorrow to see the lab for now they must get some supplies and make sure their weapons are in proper conditions

I'm going to be real with you guys i have no idea about the timeline of rwby so i'm just making this up as we go anyway i'm just rambling
