a/n: I love febuwhump and have participated before for other fandoms but this is a first for me — attempting to compete it via smau only. Hopefully I can write a complete story eventually and I will be posting it on its own masterlist in the correct order to read but it’ll be written based on the febuwhump prompt list! @febuwhump

Grab the Little One

Warnings: gun, gunshot, gunshot wound, blood, begging, gag, restraints, unconsciousness

Team Leader had to get Smallest Teammate to a safe place before they could confront Whumper and their goons. Whumper wanted Smallest Teammate and Team Leader couldn't let Whumper get them. They would protect Smallest Teammate at all cost.

They hadn't accounted for Whumper's team having night vision goggles. The first bullet ripped through their left shoulder while the other lodged itself in their gut. They didn't even have the breath to scream as they collapsed to the ground. They barely felt their blood beginning to pool around them.

Team Leader could hear Smallest Teammate begging them to get up. Begging them to breathe. Begging them to move. And begging Whumper's goons to leave them alone.

"Grab the little one," a voice said coldly.

"And the other?"

Team Leader knew they were the other. Knew they were the other and that they should be afraid. But all they cared about was Smallest Teammate. If their death saved Smallest Teammate, they would happily give their life.

"We don't need the other. You know what to do."

"Please! Please, don't hurt them! Please!" Smallest Teammate begged.

"Shut that one up first."

"Stop! STOP! I SAID ST--" Smallest Teammate's words were cut off suddenly. Team Leader knew that someone must have gagged Smallest Teammate from their angry breaths. Knew that Smallest Teammate had to be bound and gagged from the sounds of a struggle.

They had to get up. They had to help Smallest Teammate. They had to get Smallest Teammate out of there. With an agonizing cry, Team Leader tried to roll to their side, their world whiting out with pain. They blinked, trying to clear their vision, trying to fight from being dragged into oblivion.

Smallest Teammate's face was pinched with worry as they struggled between two people. Their arms were bound behind their back and a rough gag was stuffed in their mouth. But still they struggled. Team Leader had to get up.

The next time they tried to move, their world went completely white. They could not breathe through this pain. They could not fight through this pain. And as oblivion claimed them, they could only hope that the rest of the team would arrive in time to save Smallest Teammate. That was all that mattered.

Cooper had rules for fucking Lucy MacLean. Rules meant to keep both of them from getting hurt. Lucy never quite gets the memo.

Prompt: Kintsugi

Cooper had rules about fucking Lucy MacLean.  

The first was that he never fucked her when she was drunk, which meant he didn’t get drunk when she did because if they were both drunk, that rule would go right out the window.  That’s how all this had started, after all.  A ghoul and a Vaultie walk into a bar.  They both start drinking because the ghoul is tired of her moralizing at him and the Vaulite is sick of his attitude…because they’d gotten into a fight over something or another earlier and the Vaultie was giving him the silent treatment.  Then some random asshole comes up to her, buying her drinks and putting an arm around her, getting too close.  So the ghoul tells him to fuck off.  Then the Vaultie gets pissy.

“Why did you do that?”

“Because that asshole wanted to fuck you.” He'd been so sure that his words would make her blush and stammer.  Instead, her jaw had dropped, eyes wide, like she couldn’t believe he was so stupid as to point out something so obvious.

“I know!  I wanted him to!” 

That had shut him up, and even back at the hotel, both of them several drinks in and ready to call it a night, she’d still been irritated.  And when he’d called her out on it, she’d shoved his shoulder, surprisingly aggressive.  He’d killed people for less, but for some reason, he’d never once thought about shooting her, even drunk.  “Well maybe I’d be in a better mood if you’d left that guy alone!”

He’d scoffed, not liking that idea for reasons he hadn’t quite understood.  “You seriously want to fuck a stranger?”

“Well, it’s been a while since I’ve had an orgasm so I’d like to have intercourse with someone!  And it’s not like I can have sex with you!”

“Why not?”  Had he been sober, he never would have said that shit.  He would have rolled his eyes or called her insane or just left.  Instead, because all he’d been able to think about since that man had started hitting on her was what she’d look like if he took off that Vault suit of hers, he’d grabbed her shoulders, pushing her against the nearest wall.  “Why not?” he’d demanded again, and her eyes had gone wide, lips parted.

After all this time, Viggo was finally back from whatever hole he'd been hiding in. And while Hiccup had pictured their unhappy reunion many times, he'd never imagined himself pleading. But for Astrid, he would.

“Okay, Viggo. Okay, you win,” he said from Toothless’ back, a safe distance away from the hunters and their crossbows. “Take the dragon. But leave us with what we came here for: the Scourge antidote. Buffalord saliva. I'm not leaving here without it.”

Hiccup met Viggo's gaze as the man considered the deal. He didn't dare look away even as Astrid mumbled something, probably telling him not to offer up the dragon even for her life. As if that was ever a choice he would make.

“Do we have a deal?” demanded Hiccup, when Viggo still hadn't answered. “Or are we both leaving here empty handed? Your call.”

Hiccup had more to lose than Viggo, and – damn him – Viggo knew that. He gave one of his stupid, smug grins that Hiccup definitely hadn’t spent the last six months thinking about, and crossed his arms.

“I’m afraid the blow to your dragon riders of losing one of its members is worth more to me than one singular Buffalord. I’m sure I can find another one using the Dragon Eye that you kindly returned to me.”

Hiccup's heart dropped into his toes. “Viggo!” he shouted, blood pounding in his ears. “I thought you were a businessman, not a murderer!”

Viggo shrugged casually. “She interfered. The consequences of that aren’t anything to do with me. Ryker?”

Ryker raised his gigantic sword, about to bring it down on the Buffalord’s head. Hiccup acted without thinking.

“Toothless!” he cried, and clicked the tail fin into place. As one, they dived. Toothless shot at Ryker and the sword spun away before it could fall; Ryker gave a yell and clutched his hand. Hiccup turned Toothless, dodging arrows, and went for Viggo, who was no longer smirking.

Toothless swiped Viggo over like he weighed nothing, then pinned him down with his claws. At Hiccup's command, he readied a plasma blast aimed at Viggo's face. And for the first time in his life, Hiccup felt pure, savage joy at another's fear.

“Hiccup –” started Viggo, eyes wide.

“If she doesn't live, then neither do you.” Hiccup barely recognised his own voice. “Is that a loss you're willing to make, Viggo?”

Viggo's mouth twisted, but a moment later he shook his head.

“Hiccup,” said Fishlegs, sounding small and frightened.

Hiccup blinked and looked up. The other riders had taken out the remaining hunters, and Ryker was squashed underneath Hookfang. Hiccup couldn't feel triumphant, or even embarrassed. He just felt nothing.

“Get the antidote, Fishlegs,” he said. His throat felt raw, like he'd been screaming. “Then let's go home.”

Fairy whumpee can’t use their wings anymore because they have been ripped up like paper. Whumper promises to fix whumpees wings, but doesn’t tell whumpee how they’re going to do it.

Whumper ends up fixing the wings with a kintsugi repair kit, glueing the wings back together with melted gold. Rendering the wings a completely useless decoration.

How long does it hold together though? Will the wings become infected? Does Fairy whumpee go septic from having decaying parts glued onto them? How does the gold affect them? Does it make their wings heavy?

What does whumper do when fairy whumpee starts getting sick from it?
