tv. South of Nowhere (2005)
Noel Gallagher on Russell Brand Show on Dic 2006
He talks about the mixing of the new Oasis Record and how excited is Liam that “they are back”
i unfortunately find so many things about lestat relatable but the moment he goes, “i don’t know if i mean that. that was performative,” when lashing out about the people he loves because he feels cornered…i felt that. that exhaustive anger that comes from feeling like you have to defend your worth to stay alive and need to be comparative in order to try and give a basis of understanding so that maybe, just for once, those certain people in your life will have perspective outside of themselves and hold a moment of reflection for themselves rather than crucify you but then realize the last thing you want to do is cause them harm—regardless of the perpetual harm they offer you—which is why you grasped at an untrue / partial true thing that even falls flat to yourself
and that exhaustive anger rings hollow
because it doesn’t matter at the end of the day because despite your bravado you will always blame yourself for not being enough. for being a failure
I was snug as a bug in my bed ready to draw only for my iPad to have absolutely 0 charge because I haven’t used it at all
So I called it a day and I’m going to read fanfics and be a pervert
Thinking about how the reason Loid lost his cool in the interview was yes, because he is already emotionally attached to his fake family whether he wants to admit it or not, but also because it probably completely hit the biggest emotional trigger for him. He sees someone mocking Anya for crying about her (presumably) dead mother, which is something we see in his own backstory, and the reason why he became a spy in the first place (and why he hates when children cry): he never wants another child to go through what he did
sometimes I wonder if I’m really nonhuman or just mentally ill
Wow I feel great in this pic!
