Having “a day” and struggled with whether to go in to work or not. I’ve been fighting with dizziness & passing out lately and this morning it was awful right from the jump out of bed. Doctor couldn’t work me in today but, I have an appointment tomorrow morning and hopefully we’ll get to the cause. I have a feeling it’s directly related to my blood pressure meds. I’m still on the same as I was when I was 150 pounds heavier and I’m pretty sure my bp isn’t the same. Having no insurance then having to wait for new insurance to kick in with job changes made it impossible to do any after surgery follow up.

A quick salad put together at the end of a family lunch where they were insisting I eat with them. It is difficult at times to say no to everything everyone offers me to eat and I’m very afraid of offending them but this is the first time I have been able to stick to a new way of eating for this long and I can’t afford to lose focus at this point!
