Did the filthy fifty at cross fit today... Fifty each of knees to elbows, push presses, back extentions, wall balls, burbees, single unders, box jumps, jumping pull ups, kettle bell swings and walking lunges. I died. But also still feel like I maybe should have done more weight on some of them and died even more. I think I'm developing a complex, ugh.

I am nervous about what I am going to walk into right now.. this is probably the most insane WOD (workout of the day) I will ever experience and it will be quite the accomplishment if I finish below 40 minutes.

I want to try it! I'm going to modify a few things to match better with what I've been working on. Here is the original workout: 50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders And here is what I am going to do: 50 box jumps 24" 50 pull-ups strict 50 kettlebell swings 35# 50 walking lunges 50 toes to bar 50 thrusters, 45# 50 push ups 50 wall balls 14# 50 burpees 50 single jump ropes
If you would like to know how sore I am, yesterday we did "Filthy Fifty." Logically, I'm going to the box to do the comp wod. But that's only because I probably won't make it tomorrow due to the impending blizzard.
