Good morning guys and gals :3
It’s February 19th 2019. I installed Lifesum and it motivated me not to cheat on my diet ^^. Drank 1L of water already.
Had my oatmeal with milk and cinnamon for breakfast. Then I went to have my oral exam and got my final grade B. I’m happy with that^^ had a lovely walk home
This is what 3 months of hard work look like, and I'm just getting started 😁 • • • #myweightlossjourney #myfitnessdiary #fitblr #healthblr #fitbitch #weightloss #hardwork #happy #lifesum (at Vut Science Park) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bv_GKZUhNWa/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=trgqt5frezj4
My High protein Breakfast! I use 2 turkey lunchmeat slices, a handful shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon of low fat milk and Two eggs. I whisk the eggs and milk first. Then I rip the turkey in to small pieces with My fingers and mix it in with the eggs. Grab a handful of cheese and mix it with the egg mixture. I Pour the mixture in a pan, on medium-High heat. When the eggs arent runny on the top you fold it. And its Done.
So I had a productive day! ✅Cleaned my home ✅ Worked out ✅ Stayed under my calorie consumption Proud of myself ! 💪
hey!
i’ve had this blog for a day, so it’s time to introduce myself! my name is delaney, i’m 21, and i have a huge weight loss goal. i still believe i will achieve it, just not in only a couple months 😂
as my url may tell you, i started my weight loss journey at 276 pounds. that’s a lot. i’m working to eventually get down to 130, and i realize that’ll be hard. that’s why i’ve come here to find a community to keep me accountable and motivated!
for personal reasons, i’ll be focusing almost exclusively on diet instead of exercise. i’m vegetarian and have been for 5 1/2 years now, and i’d love to try some vegan food too!
good luck to anyone on a similar path! i know with some focus and effort we can all do it.
