'It's a great idea,' Godric said, eyes closed. He was spread under an ancient oak, bare-limbed and languid, his brown mane glossy on the green carpet of the forest.

'Rowena says she's found the ideal location for it.' Salazar couldn't take his eyes off Godric. The dappled sun threw pleasing shapes across his young, warrior's body.

Godric raised his head enough to give him a sly look. 'You don't need me, though, do you? Rowena and Helga have got the academic side covered. And you, you are more scholar than I am. I am simply the sword by your side.'

Salazar didn't say what he wanted to. Nothing of what he'd felt, not a sliver of the intensity of feelings that threatened to swallow him when Godric slithered to his bedroll late at night, after some mead, or when he was lonely. He said instead, inadequately, 'You're more than that.'

2. Resplendent

Long ago, a mere decade or two after the Ancient Wizards established themselves and formed alliances with the other races found in Magia, they decided to build a grand structure as a monument to their alliance.

The new Four Founders were a Witch, a Wizard, a Dwarf and a Goblin, each with their own Pokemon companions that became the mascots for each house. They kept the old names to pay homage to the original Hogwarts, and the fact they all exemplified the same personality traits.

Gryffindor- Hadronlir Goldaxe, the Dwarf

Hufflepuff- Melusina Hallewell, the Witch

Ravenclaw- Gonxa Rarliort, the Goblin

Slytherin- Devin Sephiran, the Wizard

They made sure to keep the original history while making their own

New Hogwarts was a joint effort between all the races of Magia. The plans drawn up by wizards, modified and financed by the goblins, built primarily by the dwarves, and supported by the various Pokemon.

It was given Gabharleon and Aqbanor’s blessing before they disappeared.

The brave and determined Godric, was brave at heart, had a daring nerve and chivalrous acts. Helga just and loyal, her patience and fearless loving demeanor marked her and her house. Rowena with her sharp mind, wit and  thirst for learning made her wise. And Salazar, cunning, ambitious and a natural born leader, he who was always resourceful. The four founders.

Pictures I Made for Fanfiction

Why? Because I’m proud of the images I’ve made over the years and I feel like discussing them here. Because why not?

The first one was this  - a phoenix from when I was about 15 on Paint. You can tell it was obviously created by a 15 year old on Paint, but the detail in it is why I keep it. It took so much time creating each part.

The second one, made for the edited version of my Four Founders story, when I was in my early 20s, having discovered the joys of being able to take away the background of one image so I could join it together with another. 5 pictures here all merged together to create something quite cool. With edited colouring.

The third one, believe it or not, was the one I spent the longest time on. Created for a Peter Pan Story. Finding the mirror, the hook, finding cracks and making sure only the cracks were seen so I could put them on top of the image, merging the rest of the pictures together. It took a really long time, but I am so proud of the result. So intricate and it tells a story. I am particularly proud of the hook.

The last one is the newest. An ‘anonymous’ request for a story where an older Pacifica lit fireworks with a long cigarette holder. I think it looks pretty cool. 

I like all these images.  Disclaimer - the only image that is completely mine is the Phoenix. The others all have already created images that belong to their respective owners, I merely edited them and combined and with other images to create some new images.
