For the first time in history, I came out of a supermarket with nothing. I guess the Corona Virus panic is starting to set in and I am seeing more empty shelves even in places like Whole Foods in NYC. I’m having my bombastic breakfast^^ oatmeal with frozen raspberries, cinnamon and walnuts
Still gloomy wintery days. So gray. But vitamin C will break that grayness ^^
This sorbet is a great way to enjoy the tropical flavors of mango, banana, and pineapple. It's great on hot summer days or whenever you want a fruity frozen treat.
Ingredients: 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced. 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced. 1 cup diced pineapple. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Instructions: Diced mangoes, bananas, pineapple, sugar, water, and lemon juice should all be put into a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mix in a shallow dish and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, stirring every hour until it gets firm. When the sorbet is firm, put it in bowls and serve right away.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
