I’ve changed so much over a decade. Unrecognizable to the person I am today. I never thought this is where I would end up. But I am forever grateful for the choice of change. Never a day goes by that I regret the decision to live for me. That’s life though, we never know the destiny that is ahead of us… We just change with it’s direction. And conscious of self in mind.

Omg!! We had such at great time at #ftmyer today's first #Mixxedfit class!! They gave me so much life!! It was about 9 or 10 of them two not in pic as one of them took the pic my #mixxedfitbro !!
