I'm back ^_^

Hello,

As you know, I recently went through a rebrand to focus more on my passion for drawing. However, since I live with my sister and her children, being an aunt is not always easy—especially with a single mother and a 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. job.

Many former Sims players have reached out to me during these past six and a half months of silence, encouraging me to come back. At first, I didn’t want to, but I truly miss creating in 3D, and I also love drawing. So I’ve decided to merge both of my passions.

From now on, each Sims creation will be based on sketches from my series, as a way to keep myself motivated and consistent. I listened to my therapist, and her advice—along with your encouragement—really helped me. I know many of you were hoping for my return to The Sims 2, and I want you to know your wait wasn’t in vain.

To satisfy both of my audiences (comics and Sims), these two passions will now come together.

For now, I’ve paused my Patreon so no one will be charged this month. Payments will only resume once my Sims 2 CC pack and webcomic are up to date.

I also plan to improve my Blender skills to create more “low poly” content, so Sims 2 players can use my creations smoothly. The same approach will apply to my webcomic work.

I may adjust the theme of Red Cosmic(Boys love), making it more panafrican, while keeping the sci-fi aspect for another story. (Don’t worry, I’m keeping the full original story.)

You can rest assured: there will be no charges until I’ve posted new content, and I’ll let you know as soon as everything is available.

A huge thank you again to the 19 patrons who supported me even during those 1 year of no posted content, I was not expect this—I hope you’ll love what I have in store.

Normally, I just sit back in the cut & mind my business but this statement irritated me. Generally, I don't support most paywallers either, but when you are creating content that is primarily for a MINORITY of black simmers who play, often times the content is criticized to hell by people who don't like it. Which is why we try to create a safe space for the community. After years of not having representation for the community, we get hit with more critics at random. A clear example is this lil bitch right here. While defending themselves, they state, "the racism defence is always something 'THEY' love to pull."

You can be in denial all day, but this statement alone proves @glorianasims point in the stigma against black simmers in general, but especially in TS2. Also, I'm not sure if her first language is english. However, I understood what she meant. She was simply stating that it's always a NON-BLACK individual who is giving unsolicited advice on black cultured CONTENT. 😭 Just because you haven't experienced these things, does not make the other person's experience any less valid. The irony of all this is that you called out Gloriana, but there are numerous paywallers within TS2. Being that you were too pussy to keep the post up, I have nothing to read & reference to. I knew the Sims community was fucked, but not this damn fucked up. How can so many people who are playing a light-hearted game have such limited views?

Now, personally I don't give a fuck what your race is or if you want to support ANY paywallers. Let's get back to gaming in peace.

ngl it rubs me the wrong way when non-black people start criticizing black paywallers specifically for "paywalling diversity". being against the paywalling itself, sure, that makes sense. but who are you to take it upon yourself to not only criticize black creators (seemingly exclusively) but also then lead a project of converting black hairs in the name of "diversity"? Right after running off a black creator and talking about the black simmers involved "pulling the race card"? How is it bad for them to talk about the impact of race when you were the one to specifically highlight diversity as being relevant in the initial conversation? Why are you suddenly the savior the black community should be praising? Why are you in charge of providing "diversity" and "representation" that isn't even part of your own culture?

mind, i'm more on guard because there is a history of anti-paywall people exclusively targeting black paywallers- such as MAGA Mack famously creating a list of just black paywallers to harass & leak cc from. obviously, i'm about as anti-paywall as it's possible to be, pretty sure everyone knows that by now. but it isn't lost on me that, for some reason, black paywallers seem to get an extreme amount of hate and pushback compared to non-black paywallers. There are white ppl out here every day pushing out black hairstyles behind paywalls- shouldn't you be criticizing them first, if the main issue is really about paywalling diversity?

also, another funny thing is- sheabuttyr, whose hairs are being converted in this project, is also a paywaller (early access). isn't it kinda ironic that you're praising her as a fan, yet calling gloriana "disgusting" for "paywalling diversity"? Isn't sheabuttyr doing the same thing, then? Or are they too well liked by the general public for you to criticize? What exactly is the difference? Did you just not really think about your argument as much as you're portraying? Because it'd probably be a good idea to sit down and really think about your reasoning for a while before jumping into something like this again. Especially if you're going at it from a race & representation related perspective.
