More snacks and chilling by the fire
Grisini sa začinskim biljem, recept iz 2012. Mnogo volim ovakve stvari, a vi? Potreban materijal: 250g crnog brašna 250g žutog kukuruznog brašna 1 kesica suvog kvasca 1 kašičica soli 1 kašičica šećera 5 kašika maslinovog ulja 125ml mlakog mleka 175ml tople vode 4 kašičice belog luka u granulama 1 kašičica suvog origana 1 kašičica suvog bosiljka krupna morska so za posipanje Priprema: Prosejati brašno u činiju i sjediniti sa kvascem. Dodati preostale sastojke i sve umesite mikserom, prvo najmanjom, potom 5 minuta najvećom brzinom, tako da se dobije glatko testo. Pokriti i ostaviti da odstoji na toplom mestu dok duplo ne naraste, nekih sat i po vremena. Tepsiju za pečenje obložiti papirom za pečenje. Zagrejati rernu na 200C. Testo podeliti na pet jednakih delova. Svaki deo rukama oblikovati u valjak, pa nožem seći delove širine nekih 5cm. Oblikovati rukama na radnoj ploči grisine i ređati u pleh za pečenje i ostaviti još 20 minuta da nadođu. Premazati sve grisine vodom i posuti krupnom solju. Staviti da se peče nekih 20 minuta. Izvaditi ih sa papirom za pečenje na rešetku da se hlade. Grisini ne treba da budu mekani, već suvi i hrskavi.
