Biggest Thanks to @hersheypark #hersheylodge for having us this weekend! Everything from beginning to end was just beyond amazing and delicious! We brought a million things home with us BUT the BEST thing we brought back were the beautiful beautiful memories we made with our family! In addition I had to buy an ornament which has been my own tradition. Morning friends! So here’s a little back story: whenever I go on an overnight - I always and I mean always forget something. . . Back to my current trip at #hersheylodge: I was all set and excited to go for a run in their gym....when I realized I forgot my sneakers. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ . . Grateful I had my iPhone and my trusty #workouts. 💥 workout done in that little area. Also, added in a little walk around the room for extra cardio. . . Which I really should say it’s more like an obstacle course walk but hey. I got my hour in at least. Did you get your workout in today? . . Heading home today! Were at @hersheys lodge and we are enjoying the indoor water park. Someone had an issue but we are all ok. . . #hersheylodge is a great place because they have gluten free options. For examples: the kids have #glutenfree fries, burger w a gluten free bun, gluten free chicken tenders! . . They probably have some #ketofriendly options - which is not hard. But I have a lot of #foodallergies so I bring food everywhere. . : With the kids new found #glutensensitivity I brought loads of snacks for them too. . . #keto (and #foodallergy) tip of the day? Come prepared for anything and everything. That way if you get pleasantly surprised you save what you brought for another time. . . .
