Aimed to lose...
...~1-2lbs this week... (I was 294.3lbs (I think)) last Saturday... Dropped down to 290.1lbs, this Saturday... I did it with a few vision/mood boards Bing's AI chatbot generated for me... so I would know what everything (portions/items) should look like, UFRH. (and not be boring, UFRH.) That's the pitfalls of a 1 time/week weigh in... sometimes you drop too much, or too little, based on your system... I aimed for, at least, 12.6 PRs this week... got those PRs out of the way on Monday (+ did extra credit, when motivated, UFRH)... and dropped the ~4lbs, UFRH... It is possible... it's easy...
