Ingredients: 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved. 2 tbsp olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through. Serve hot and enjoy!
