9. Most angsty ship

Ouch, I honestly don't know. A lot of my ships have some pretty big angsty moments, tho they aren't based solely on angst. I am going to answer Shaw/Root/Machine cause they never got a chance to be happy: the moment it seems like Shaw and Root might confess to each other, Shaw gets captured. And now when they are to be reunited, well....spoilers. And this is becore you add in The Machine, who, imo, has been in love with Root since season 3, and who's only trying to protect them as best as she can. I am rambling, but I only have 5 episodes left and I know how angsty it will be.

11. Ship that you would never have wanted in canon but like in fanworks

Hmm, I read last week an amazing (truly fantastic) fanfic that had Daisy/Jemma as the main pairing and while I loved them there I would never want them to be canon. Harry/Hermione can go here as well, depending on the fic. I think that Joan/Sherlock may be another case of "better in theory than in practice" when/if the show goes there

20. Ship that you liked but don’t anymore

I never "liked" it, but Daenerys/Sansa rose to NOTP levels this summer. I used to like Jane/Rafael a lot more, but after JTV ended they faded from my mind.

*points above* Daenerys/Sansa and Jon/Sansa are tied now. From my own writing (I can't help myself xDDD) I shudder at the idea of anyone shipping Savannah/Miss May.

Madi had turned the responsibility, if not the blame, inward. A futile attempt to fool herself into thinking she had more control over her own fate than she commanded in reality.

In the days preceding the end she had been attacked by a Spanish soldier, kept prisoner by Woodes Rogers, and threatened with death from up close by Billy Bones. But it was the man she loved that took all the power from her hands and decided how her life should be conducted, as civilized men did to their civilized wives.

For someone so dear and close to do that to her, there had to have been signs. More than the moments bouts of hesitation and trepidation she thought he expressed. Madi didn’t realize just how much fear there’d been inside him; how unsuited he was to a leadership position in her war. That had been her mistake.

Her mistake, but not hers alone.

Confirming Flint had survived him had filled Madi with relief. She was grateful by the mere fact her most trusted ally still breathed. And she found solace in a friend who could understand the turmoil inside her.

Flint wasn’t angry like her; he didn’t go through bouts of fury that threatened to consume her. In a reversal of roles, he was now simply determined, disposing of an inner calm she had taken for granted in herself before. Flint was at peace with himself; with what had been done to him and what he had done. At first, Madi had been disappointed when she hadn’t found a mirroring rage in him. She came to value it; she had outrage enough for the both of them, and Flint knew how to temper it, how to get her to challenge it where it should.

His presence still stood strong between the two of them, stronger still when Madi and Flint found themselves alone and his name would insinuate itself in their conversation. Out of resentment, out of wariness, and out of love.

But no matter what he might try to do to stop her a second time, Madi was now forewarned.

Pretty apt title if I ever decide to write some long, plotty angel-centric fic, which is not unlikely... there are various options, an obvious one being a season 9 rewrite... but I've thought a lot about the angels post-series, possibly returning from The Empty to help in the rebuilding efforts (and Jack maybe even creating new angels... which has a certain horror element in it I'd be curious to explore), having to adapt to the new order of things, regaining memories, et al.

The Expanse

the first character i ever fell in love with: Avasarala. She’s just impressive.

my ultimate favorite character™: there are at least three characters with a shot at this in the show, but after the latest season, how can I not say Naomi Nagata?? She crushed it.

prettiest character: all the women are so beautiful in different types of ways *sniffs*. I was really feeling Clarissa in the latest season though.

my most hated character: Marco is the love to hate them, hate to love them kind of antagonist.

my OTP: none really, it’s not how I watch this show. But I do enjoy Holden and Naomi as the loving, lovingly written relationship they are.

my NOTP: n/a.

favorite episode: all the Naomi heavy episodes in s5, especially the one where she fixed the message <3

saddest death: mm... Ashford’s affected me; or Arjun’s. Although mostly for how they impacted Drummer and Avasarala, respectively.

favorite season: s5! I loved it.

least favorite season: s4. I didn’t care for the new characters in it, and I expected to enjoy Avasarala’s plot a lot more (I ADORE political campaign plots. I didn’t care for this one).

a random thought: Arthur should have found out about Merlin way earlier because it just made him look dumb

An unpopular opinion: Merlin is way more manipulative than people gave him credit for. He wouldn't have been able to hide his magic if he wasn't. Its something I love about him though and it was 100% understandable why.

My Canon OTP: not really on OTP level

My Non-canon OTP: again none of them on the OTP except maybe Merlin and Arthur?

Most Badass Character: Morgana - who hasn't wanted to kill their shitty relatives at some point

Most Epic Villain: Uther

Pairing I am not a fan of: Morgana/Gwen fandom version - its just Gwen essentially still being Morgana's maid but with the name girlfriend.

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): Mordred's older storyline - it had so much potential and I looked forward to him coming back and I got ... that.

Favourite Friendship: Morgana and Mordred. The episode where they meet Mordred is still my fave one.

Character I most identify with: honestly none.

Character I wish I could be: again none. When I was younger probably Morgana because of her hair.
