gingerpilot week 2024 - day three

hidden mysteries and observation

on a trip to Arkanis, Dameron and Hux head out to sea to watch the waves and monsters below. They come across one of the rarest beings on the planet, possibly the rarest; a sea serpent by the name of Aigèan-Fí, one out of legend and myths on Arkanis! Armitage is especially thrilled to see the fins break through the water. Poe is glad to watch Armitage get so thrilled.

(Aigèan-Fí is one of the many creatures I’ve made for Arkanis! I’ve made lore surrounding the planet as well, seeing as we don’t have much and I wanted to give Hux’s planet some much needed life.)

The Gift - Gingerpilot - Hux/Poe

“She’s for you, Hux.” Resistance!Hux gets a very special gift from General-in-Chief Dameron.

//Happy New Year! May the Force be with us all!  This is a commission for the awesome Saklani, Thank you for the commission! General-in-Chief Poe Dameron is giving his aide, Ensign Hux, an orange kitten to make up for the death of Millicent.  And Hux is so overwhelmed, he starts crying and Poe hugs him.

Hux: I don’t want tea.

Poe: I did not make tea for you. This is my tea.

Hux: Then why are you telling me?

Poe: It is a conversation starter.

Hux: That’s a lousy conversation starter.

Poe: Oh, is it? We are conversing. Checkmate.
