One of the new traders at the newly relocated @brookgreen_mk is @pleasantladytrading making Jian Bing, which is a traditional Chinese savoury crepe with an eggy coat, sweet & savoury sauce, along with a filling of your choice. This is the Iberico Pork, because the Miso grill chicken was sold out 😢. But there was no need for me to be sad as the pork was sooo good! For me this is half pancake, half omelette, with a nice crispy snap to it. The pork was beautiful and was marinated very nicely.
