Learning to move and love myself after spinal reconstruction surgery. I am a survivor. And I seek to inspire all women to love themselves unconditionally and to share it. Modesty never got anyone anywhere.

can we please demolish the idea that someone dressing modestly = them shaming others for not making that choice??? i dress to a standard of modesty that meets my personal comfort level and makes me the most confident. modesty is a way that i choose to show reverence for God and dictate consent for who sees how much of my body and when. i don’t think modesty is one set thing, nor do i think that modesty = respectability. i want people to wear what makes them comfortable, confident, and feel safe. for me that means wearing marian modest clothing. if that means wearing no clothing at all for you, i think that’s wonderful. genuinely. i felt most comfortable living “immodestly” for most of my life and i still would be had my convictions not changed. i think that would be just as accepted and celebrated by God and i celebrate anyone living however they truly feel best doing.
