Billy’s grimoire

Billy has his own grimwar it’s not an old book like in the RoE library has, but it’s one of those school one that kids have. It has spells that he make to work in theory; none of the spells in this book would be possible for the average sorcerer. He doesn’t even realize it but those are deadly spells.

After a JL meeting he pulls out the notebook and starts fix a spell he made earlier. And a JLD member (idk who you pick 😭) sees it. They don’t know that CM is the Champion of Magic, hell they didn’t even know he could do magic. So, they rightfully freak out and start questioning him.

“Who gave this to you?”

“Where did you find this?”

“Why are you writing in this?”

Captain would panic and not respond to the hoard of questions being thrown at him. Then someone picks up the book and reads the author’s name.

“Billy Batson.”

Batman after realizing that the JLD members only listen to Captain marvel decides to make him their leader. Granted he doesn’t really trust cap but he is the only member of the JL that Batman can tolerate (intimidate) to deal with them.

Bats talked to Wonder Woman and Superman about this and they agreed that it was a good idea. What they didn’t expect was how good of a leader Cap was to them.

Captain marvel doesn’t want to lead the JLD, but he doesn’t want Batman breathing down his neck. So, he agreed to lead them.

First thing he did was to get them to respect him just like Solomon told him, but that didn’t go as planned.

See the day he was made leader, was the same day that he was revealed to the JLD as the champion of magic. So, they were scared of him for a bit, but he got them to trust him again. Like one would to multiple feral stray magic cats.

It worked so well that they “know” to much. Mary and Freddy are now know as the marvel sibling Mary marvel and Jr. The rest of the league know nothing about them because the jld members aren’t going to snitch (Mary and Jr bribed them with magic knowledge to keep quiet and make sure no one knows).

Mary and Freddy are spoiled by the jld members as a way to lessen the repercussion of the stupid things they did. (It doesn’t work, the jld members are being scammed)

Because of the jld’s shenanigans Cap gave them some rules.

1. Don’t end the world (if you do get me)

2. No harmful spells on the watchtower (talk to me for prank war exceptions)

3. STOP SELLING YOUR SOUL AFTER I JUST GAVE IT BACK THIS IS FOR YOU JOHN

4. Call me, don’t summon me

5. If you don’t want to be lectured show proof that you weren’t involved/tried to stop in a magical incident

6. Do your paperwork or I’m taking your favorite spell away until it’s done
